I was excited to try a new look at Posh Nails in Corpus Christi, but unfortunately my experience…read morewith the nail tech Lynn made me extremely uncomfortable. Communication felt tense from the start, and almost every request or question I had was met with attitude or frustration. When I showed inspiration photos, I understood the nails wouldn't look exactly the same, but the constant defensiveness made the appointment unpleasant. The situation that really upset me was when I went to wash my hands and was abruptly called out across the salon about whether I used soap, followed by eye rolling and attitude. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. The nails themselves were decent, but the experience completely ruined it for me. I ended up removing them because they reminded me of how uncomfortable I felt during the appointment. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I wanted others to be aware of my experience with Lynn.

They did not even tell us how long it would be. I asked and they just said soon. The 3 employees were still working on the same clients at 12:30 pm. At 12:40 1 employee said for my mom to have a seat in the pedicure. The original clients were still there. We should have left at 11:30 but we kept thinking they would be done and get to us soon. My mom said just cut my nails we have been here almost 2 hours waiting. The female said it was not their fault, but it was. She tried to charge my mom for a full pedicure when all she did was cut her toenails. Mom got mad and we left after she paid $20 for her toes to be cut. I got nothing done. Will never go back! I waited less than five minutes! A younger guy was told to give me a pedicure and I was very hesitant at first. I sat down in the chair and to my surprise the water was cold. I told the guy so he drained the water and filled it up with perfectly hot water. I got the KDS pedicure which was nice and worth the $35 I paid. The guy took his time and was attentive which I appreciated because I hate a rushed half done pedicure. Overall it was a good experience and I would go again. Only gave it 4 stars because of the initial cold water and the fact that there wasn't a lot of regular polish options. They had tons of gel and dip powder options though which I may try next time.
