They don't push you to purchase other services like other nail salons, which in turn makes me purchase the other services. I never get pedicures but everything here is so affordable so why not? :) They are very professional and constantly ask you if it feels okay or looks okay to make sure you are satisfied during the entire experience. They never rush you even when there's a huuge wait. Expect the wait; THEY ARE JUST THAT GOOD!! And really, it doesn't seem like the ladies here mind the wait. I sure don't since I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Try them out. Ask questions about the services and they will give honest answers without being pushy. :)

He constantly asked if the services was ok! It was!! It was 6:20 -- he still allowed me to get an 1 1/2 pedicure which I appreciate. That shows great customer service. The pedicure I selected included a soothing aloe vera leg wrap and massage. I was super impressed when they brought out freshly cut aloe vera and scraped the aloe directly from the plant leaf onto my leg. For some reason, I was expecting some type of aloe vera lotion, essence, or jelly and not the real stuff. The pedicurest was really sweet and did an excellent job on my nails and in taking care of my feet. Even though we were hitting up to their closing time, she didn't rush anything and still provided a lengthy first class service. Everyone in the salon was incredibly attentive the whole time. Communication felt tense from the start, and almost every request or question I had was met with attitude or frustration. When I showed inspiration photos, I understood the nails wouldn't look exactly the same, but the constant defensiveness made the appointment unpleasant. The situation that really upset me was when I went to wash my hands and was abruptly called out across the salon about whether I used soap, followed by eye rolling and attitude. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. The nails themselves were decent, but the experience completely ruined it for me. I ended up removing them because they reminded me of how uncomfortable I felt during the appointment. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I wanted others to be aware of my experience with Lynn.

The owner says come on by. Quan did my much needed pedicure. He did a phenomenal job very thorough. He took his time allowing me to be so relaxed and relish in this spa chair. The place is easy to get to, very clean salon. I drive by here so often and never paid much attention. Definitely a new find for my nails, Pedis. Based on this experience I do Recommend this business highly. Their rates are the same as the current market, however, the customer service is superb. Definitely stands out above others.
