This business has been in Clayton a very, very long time...long before the Clayton population boom. I have used and will continue to use their services. They do charge up front, but you can use your imagination and figure out why...it's not personal or an assault on your character. They have been kind to me over the years, but they serve a tough crowd...a crowd that certainly enjoys talking down to them and sometimes can be downright rude. I tend to practice The Golden Rule (Mat 7:12) and I recommend that for everyone...the world needs more kindness...be different...be kind.

They used safety pins to hang an expensive dress with a sheer layer and now there are noticeable…read moreholes! It was a $500 dress that had hanger straps so not sure why they would do that! They actually used safety pins to pin the dress to the paper hanger sheet. The dress is heavy so all the weight was pulling the dress down as it was hanging causing the holes to widen. I had been going here for a while with no issues but this is wild to me. Surely they must have other ways to hang a dress! My husband had picked it up my clothes so I didn't get to check things on my own but we won't be going back.

Called Majestic and received an almost instant return call from Leon. Set up a time for him to come out and I can't say enough good things about him. Arrived promptly and surveyed the areas to be cleaned, suggested using a deodorizer for the pet odor at a minimal charge. I was worried he may not be able to get the stains up and the carpet might need to be replaced. Leon gave me his honest opinion and didn't try to needlessly sell me or hook me onto anything extra. Took him less than two hours to do the large bonus room (the heavily stained room), two hallways, stairs, and our living room. The difference is incredible. Most of the stains were well set, but he got up most of them and the ones that didn't come up all the way are significantly lighter and less noticeable.
