I did not have an appointment because I wanted to speak to the people there to get a feel of what I would be experiencing. I spoke to a very knowledgeable girl who seemed to give me every answer I was looking for. She asked me if I'd like to do them at that time (a good salesperson gets you while you're hot) and I agreed feeling good. I showed her what I wanted and laid down on the comfortable bed. She showed me lashes (I told her it looked good but I don't know a lot about that). I laid down and after almost 3 hours, I got up and looked. They were so long they were touching my eyebrows. I told her I thought they were long but I would go home and put makeup on and see how they looked. I walked in the door and both my daughters, who are in their 20s, asked me who did my eyelashes. I tried putting on some makeup but they still looked ridiculous. The next day, I went back in and spoke to the girl at the desk. I asked her if they could trim the lashes and she told me they couldn't do that. I then asking if they could fix them and she told me the only way was to redo entire set and put on a new one which would be charged at the regular price. I was floored and was not going to agree to that considering the day before I spent $250 plus a $50 tip. I am of the opinion you get what you pay for and have no problem paying more for good quality but to throw out $250 when it was a day later was ridiculous. I went home and after thinking about how to proceed, I decided the best way was to make an appointment with the owner. The only problem was the owner is only there on Saturdays. I had already missed that Saturday since they were done in a Thursday. I had plans to be away the following weekend so I booked an appointment with the owner for the next Saturday (3 weeks later). I also went online and ordered some of their products to keep the lashes looking as fresh as possible. I arrived at my appointment with many missing lashes (since they also didn't stay on - even with the products I purchased) and when the owner saw my lashes, she immediately asked me who did them. I didn't want to get her in trouble but I also didn't want her to continue doing lashes this way considering it wasn't cheap. I told her and she immediately called her over. She had her watch her 'fix' my lashes while she complained that I somehow booked a refill appointment with her when she doesn't take 'other worker's clients as fills'. That means to me that she doesn't trust her employees to do a good enough job in order to do a fill for them. She also realized that my eyes were tearing so much because I'm allergic to the glue in the tape (which she said must have caused them to fall out quicker). She asked the girl why she chose to put on lashes that were that long since they were too long for me and the girl tried telling her I picked them out. I explained that she showed them to me and I'm obviously not in the beauty field so how would I know which length to use) but was mortified that this was going on while I'm laying down getting this done. Finally, she finished and they looked beyond amazing, I went to check out and she told me she had to charge me an extra $50 because it was more than 1 day more than 3 weeks. I tried to explain that since she was only there on Saturdays it didn't leave me with much of a choice but she insisted that it had to be that amount. I left there so angry, feeling bullied by this behavior but also stuck at that point. It is very unfortunate because the owner does an amazing job. Nevertheless, the way I was treated and the fact that she's only there on Saturdays sealed the deal for me. It's sad because as good as she is, bad business practice is not good for business!

I couldn't believe how much these lashes brightened my face, but weren't overdone. I saw her again for the wedding and, again, in love. Leo is easy to talk to and she knows what she's doing. Lastly, when I woke up the day before my wedding with a couple of stray lashes, the front desk got me in quickly to fix. She has a new girl named Paola who does an amazing job at waxing and tinting the eyebrows. It's my first time and didn't realize how unruly my nonexistent Asian eyebrows were. I believe the price is just 29$ for the waxing and the henna tint which should last 1-2 weeks if you let them set for 24 hours without water and take care like you do your lashes!
