You can't see from the photo but the person who did my eyebrows missed a bunch of loose hairs, but it is what it is, I would prefer better for what I'm paying though. But the worst part is my poor skin. The photos don't show its extent at all; my poor skin is raw. This never happens when getting threaded. This is the first place I've ever been to, waxing or threading, that doesn't use moisturizer after and I guess that's what caused it.

It definitely took a few trail and errors before I was blessed by Karma, but once I found her I knew I had to keep her. Durning the pandemic I did not get my eyes brows done until Karma came back to work. She takes the time to get to know you, she has great conversations and time after time again your eyebrows will always look perfect. I went in for a haircut, wanting to ask about what to do with my hair as far as color/highlights etc. I have had a really bad experience in the past (in fact you can read the review!) and was super nervous about doing anything different with my hair... Well, Tula and Ezra were amazing. Tula came over and gave me a few options - not pressuring me in any direction - and explained EVERYTHING in detail!! She told me what each option meant and how often I would have to come back...When I explained what I was thinking, she recommended the most inexpensive, low-maintenance option and said it would honestly be the best. She *listened* to me!! I did not feel like I was getting overcharged, and felt so comfortable I ended up doing everything that same day! Ezra did a beautiful job with the dye and the color melt and cut, and Tula checked in on every aspect. You can tell these women love what they do and Tula has such pride in her business. My hair looks gorgeous and healthy and I absolutely love it!! It's been a long time since I've been able to say that! I am so happy I finally found "my" salon and look forward to going back! They called to confirm the appointment and then they told me it was going to be a minimum of $135+++ I kindly said no thank you I'm all set. They called me back 15 minutes later and said they would honor the price. The aesthetician wore latex gloves the entire time that were a size too big at her... so the only thing I could smell was latex in the sound of that rubbing up against my face. I'm pretty sure she just used soap and water. I asked for a deep cleansing facial, she "cleansed" my face for no more than 2 minutes, max. She was washing my face, rinsing out the washcloth a bowl of dirty water that she had removed the scrub from. She would leave the room for 5 mins at a time and in the salon, the owner (?) was walking around talking on speakerphone... the least relaxing environment I have ever been in. I paid to have a face mask put on, it would've been a heck of a lot cheaper if I did it at my house. Finally, I went to check out and there was a miscellaneous $10 charge. There was no mention of "additional charges" when I was on the phone yesterday discussing the price. I think my skin looked better when I walked in. Super unhappy, would absolutely not return.

I was nervous for the tinting bc I didn't want it to look like shoe polish after or like aggressively black and it surprisingly looks natural. This place is def a hidden gem and I'll be back for more threading and tinting! They came out great, $32 for both. Quick in and out, we walked in and waited only ten min. If you're in the area and looking for a spot, here they are! They give u a card for keeping track and you get your 10th threading free :)
