Beware of fake Yelp reviews for this business! After I left my honest review below, 2 more reviews suddenly appeared from pages of people have just been created and had no other activity other than reviewing this business... Huge conincidence? I think not. Fakes. With the birth of my son coming up I decided to splurge a little and get my lashes done and my eyebrows tinted at this establishment after reading the ONLY 5 reviews they had. So upon first impression, the salon was clean although the room where they do lashes is very tight with very little air circulation. I'm leaving a 1 star review because the inner corner of my left eye was glued shut so Nosheen roughly yanked my lids apart , it was so very painful! That area would not stop itching afterwards. Secondly, some of the lashes were stuck together at the base which gave a very stiff unnatural look in the end. To be honest, I've had mink lashes before, they feel soft like fur, these felt like hard plastic. The inner corner where she tore my lids apart started to itch and didnt stop itching until all the lashes came off which was, GET THIS... FOUR DAYS LATER!!!!! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!!! Because of the constant itching where my lids were stuck together and heaviness in the spots where the lashes were glued together, those areas started to fall out when I would itch. iI ended up with part of my lashes being long and full in some areas and short and bare in others.. I looked like a maniac 2 days in, and four days later, I just removed the little that was left. I paid $113 for the mink lashes and eyebrow tinting and exactly 4 days later, it looked like I never did a thing to my face... waste waste waste.... Better spend your money elsewhere, somewhere where the beautician backs up her work... You don't want to end up having a big event and spending this kind of money on something optional and be upset in the end... thankfully, I wasn't doing anything grand... I went back to the salon so she could see the difference after 4 days, and after spending over $100 she offered to do my eyebrows as recourse.... a $10 service.... I politely declined. I explained that I spent a lot and expected to get at least 2 weeks worth.. or certainly more than 4 days!!! She blankly looked at me and said, "nothing I can do" Yeah... wow... work not backed up at all... I asked Nosheen if she could at least give me HALF of the value of the in the form of a $35 credit next time I do my lashes, I'll give her a chance to fix it and still pay, and she still said no! I was very flexible and willing to give a second chance... and still nothing.. its a bit frustrating when someone doesn't stand by their work, esp. if they feel like they do good work... So even though I live close by, this will be the only money she makes from me... I have 5 sisters and many friends. I will not be recommending this place to any of them or returning. She has lost plenty of business because of her inability to be reasonable with a dissatisfied customer who was willing to give this business a second chance. For $35, she lost a whole lot of future business... not very smart. $113 later I have nothing but regrets and disappointments. Lashes were stuck together, lids were stuck together... all because the work was... to be frank... sloppy... otherwise my lids wouldn't have been stuck together. Never again. Update: I left a review on google and within one hour of my review, there were so many reviews from accounts under usernames "goat," "rockstar," and many other random accounts giving this company 5 star reviews. Very funny how the owner created lots of fake accounts just to try to rectify their image. They can keep trying, but their customers will, unfortunately, learn one way or another. I am just here trying to help you all save your time, money, and hair!!! Review: I've been coming here for years now almost weekly/biweekly and I have used their threading services. So trust me when I say, NEVER STEP FOOT INSIDE this salon. They have increased the prices and always blame having to pay their bills - we all have bills to pay... It is absurd that the cost of eyebrow threading is $15. Thankfully, I found another salon that costs $8 for eyebrow threading (don't let anyone overcharge you) but anyways, the price was the least of my concerns. Don't be fooled by the mother daughter duo, Nosheen and Tayaba. They may seem nice at first but they are unbelievably rude. I went to get my eyebrows done and I kindly gave clear instructions asking the employee to please clean AROUND my brows, do not shape them, and most importantly, keep my brows thick. She was so rough on me and even gave me a few cuts. When she showed me what she did, half my brows were gone. I realized halfway through the service that she didn't understand English when she started to ask the other worker for translations so basically all of my requests about how to do MY brows that I was paying for were completely disregarded. I couldn't hold back my tears - and she didn't even care. She took all of my brows off but didn't clean the hair that was around my brows and that was the whole reason I came in. When I brought that up to Nosheen and Tayaba, they yelled at me so much and were not even sympathetic. They showed no remorse and didn't even apologize. They clearly don't know how to run a business and they do not care about customer satisfaction. read more

Love love love love!!!!!!! My eyebrows were shaped PERFECTLY and I am A PERFECTIONIST when it comes to my brows. $20 for threading AND tinting. She mixed the tint to match my hair perfectly. So happy. Can't wait to go back. read more

Came once and Nosheen did my eyebrows, they were just OK. Came a second time and her daughter did them. I asked her to please keep them as they are, NO THINNER. Sad to say but I walked out with Pamela Anderson brows. I also don't know what technique they use but they honestly hurt more than any other threading place I've been to. I've been coming here for about six months or so... Today I go in and there's one woman in a chair and me waiting. I'm sitting there for about ten min when another two women walk in and sit down. The lady working on the girl looks at me and says " come tomorrow " I said excuse me? She says please come tomorrow. I said I can't wait? I've been waiting here... She says no. I have been coming here the past 3 months and haven't had one problem until today. I came in with my boyfriend who is black and she had something to say about him and why am I with someone that looks like him and asked why I don't like white men.. like excuse me??? And then not even to mention the whole time she was speaking on the phone with some man holding the phone by my ear while doing my eyebrows. Very annoying. ANDD my hair is brown and she tinted my eyebrows black. Who does that??? I will make sure to never return here not only because she's very racist but because her service was horrible. read more
