I told him I was impressed by their website, but the way he answered the phone was really unprofessional and sends up a red flag; but I'm willing to move past that and inquire about their services. That was his cue to express a modicum of humility and apologize, but no -he just asked how they could help, with a tone that clearly indicated he really didn't care. There was no life in his voice. When I began telling him what I'm interested in, he cut me off and said he's busy with a client. Wow! Obviously all that glitters isn't gold, as this is clearly NOT a professional business -one that would have someone answer calls when they're with a client, or simply not answer the phone, so they can stay focused on their client. Taking away from a client's time (and money) to answer calls is disrespectful and unprofessional. Seeing any further conversation would be wasted on him, I hung up.
