For anyone needing flooring installed we HIGHLY recommend Diverse Flooring, you won't get a sweeter deal or treated better by anyone like you will with these wonderful people. It is so nice to deal with a local family run business here in Maple Ridge that gives it their all, it has been a real pleasure.

My floors feel luxurious at a very reasonable price and the assistance given was spot on that ensured I had no regrets. It was my first time ever even shopping for flooring, so I was lost. Paul was super understandable about my worry about buying enough by allowing me to return any unopened boxes. Very responsive to my emails (and I sent quite a few!). Customer service was A+. Don't go with cheap knock-off laminate. I pulled some of that crap flooring out of my townhome and the difference in quality to King of Floors was abundantly obvious. You will see and feel your floors every day. Make sure you get good quality, and that's the only kind of laminate flooring that this business sells.

We were greeted by Troy, the store manager who spent a great deal of time walking us thru the warehouse. He listened to our concerns and questions about such a big project for flooring for our large area. Save yourselves a lot of time and just go there, that is what we now tell all our friends. Terry G

I could take as many samples as I wanted home for a week(!). I chose Vinyl planks that needed to be glued onto a very old floor. The estimator, a young fellow, was very polite and accommodating in regards to dates and special requests. But the most important part was the installer. Bekem came at 9 am, looked at the space and said:" This is going to be a long day and I may have to do the bathroom the following day." He worked fast and very hard till 8:30pm to get the main area finished. I was very impressed how much time and care he gave to the prepping of the old floor. No short cuts! Consequently the end result was beautiful and perfect in craftsmanship.

We used his company a few years back to have some carpet and floors installed. We had an issue with his contractor, Rodney and his crew, that was sent over to us. They installed the carpets flawlessly but ruined the flooring causing us thousands of dollars in repairs. After several tradesmen said "Who did this to your floor?", we wrote a review of our experience with Rodney. It hadn't mattered how long it had been since the floor had been installed, Ed came over immediately to asses the floors and offered to get them fixed. We highly recommended Rug and Remnants for Ed and his kind, knowledgeable and courteous staff but would not recommend Rodney as a contractor

We've found JAB Floors through a friend of ours and are really happy that we did. One of JAB supervisors (Vitaliy) came to our place and spent a good hour (!) explaining to me what we would need for the project, all the pros and cons of different kinds of laminate, locks, isolation, baseboards, etc. He offered a few scenarios of what would look good with what, and so on.. Have to tell you, for a guy who had known practically nothing about flooring, it was very helpful and much appreciated. The installation on all three levels (flooring plus a couple of steps, but no staircases) took only two days. The guys worked very quietly and they cleaned everything after the work was done. It was huge help that they disposed of the old carpet and underlays themselves, as this would have been a major headache for me since my car is quite small and there was a LOT of old carpet. The thing I was the most impressed though was the quality of work. The floor looked beautiful. My wife absolutely loved it. She was away while the renovations were being done and when she came back and saw this beautiful floor instead of our old carpet - to say she was impressed would be a serious understatement. The co-op manager did an inspection of our floors and the baseboards to see if all requirements had been met. She was really impressed as well. A friend of mine who lives in the same co-op, told me that the quality of work and materials used on our floor was superior to that of the flooring company our co-op normally does business with, while the price was in the same range. One of my friends took my advice and did his floors with JAB Flooring and as far as I know he is pretty happy with the outcome as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Just one quick note. If you want a good flooring job, don't cut corners trying to get the lowest labor rates and cheapest materials. And do your research! You may save a couple of hundred dollars in a short term, but will be left with the 'wiggling' floor for many years. Choose a reputable laminate brand, and get one with thickness of no less than 12mm and good quality sound-proof underlay. I probably wrote too much, but.. we just LOVE our floor and want to give JAB Floors all five stars! Thank you guys!
