I'm impressed, so many companies are hard to track down and keep the momentum going on Maui, but Mara has the operation running like a well oiled machine. When I told them I've been waiting all morning and why didn't they call to inform me? -the response is " the tech is sick". When I wanted to reschedule the appointment, the rep said she would call me back after speaking to her manager. That was 5 days ago. To make the appointment, I had to give them my credit card number to reserve. I'm not saying CSI was involved but shortly thereafter I had to cancel my credit card as fraudulent charges kept showing up. An all around bad experience.
