My gutters were a mess from bird debris and eucalyptus leaves and needed screens and cleaning. When he came to do an estimate for the job, he did a quick cleaning too, which I really appreciated. When the screens arrived a few weeks later (had to be custom ordered due to my particular gutter situation), he cleaned them again--sorely needed due to wind-driven euc debris from a storm in the interim--then put on the screens. It rained a few days later and all the downspouts were flowing well! Very happy with the job and highly recommend for any gutter needs you have.

Other companies also responded, but I went with them because of their outstanding 5 star rating. They promptly messaged me back and I scheduled an estimator to come look at our house for the next week. Communication was good, through Yelp messages and also after I gave them my number, they texted me updates. The estimator came and we received the quote the next day through email. We were happy with it so our appointment was for the following week. The workers came and got the job done in about an hour. We received the invoice through email and I paid by sending in a check to avoid the credit card fee to the credit card company. It would've been a $22 fee. It might not sound like a lot, but I avoid unnecessary fees if I can. All in all, a very smooth and professional experience and I am happy with the repairs as there are more storms headed our way during this hurricane season. Thank you!

Lacey was friendly and forthcoming in her answer: "As a customer, I was impressed with Danny (the owner),especially his integrity, and was so impressed that I decided to work for him." Lacey went above and beyond to schedule my secret gift of a cleaning before my husband's birthday. And the result: I still think the job was a lot to ask one person to do, but Brazen was up to the task and did it heroically and conscientiously. I was impressed with him as a person, as well. My husband is so very happy with his gift and I am excited that Windward Windows and Gutters will be returning next year.

Gutter downspouts on my two story house were clogged and overflowing from falling leaves buildup from neighboring trees and even had some plants growing in the gutters.. Contacted the company that installed my gutter system as well as KC Gutter Cleaning for quotes. Carlos made an appointment right away to inspect the job. In addition to cleaning, asked him about the installation of gutter leaf guards. He gave me a quote that afternoon for cleaning and installation of leaf guards Other company sent a salesman to inspect the job and their quote (received 4 days later after I followed up) for just the gutter cleaning was much, much higher than KC's gutter cleaning portion of his quote. Gave Carlos the ok on his quote and he arranged a schedule convenient to me. To clean the gutters, he used a trash bag and spatula like device to manually remove the gutter buildup and after un-clogging the downspouts, used a water hose to be sure that the water flowed out the downspouts. After cleaning, he installed the leaf guards on all the gutters. He completed the work in one day and sent me pictures of the completed work. Highly recommend Carlos for gutter servicing.
