I'm not saying CSI was involved but shortly thereafter I had to cancel my credit card as fraudulent charges kept showing up. An all around bad experience.

The Mom answers the phone & has to schedule for the grown son which should have been my first clue. She also made all kinds of excuses for the bad job.
