When I made it to my appointment a few minutes earlier than anticipated, Melanie gave me a few papers to read over and sign. One of the documents that is provided is a very detailed list of how-to's and what to expect pieces of info. After signing the paperwork, Melanie asked me a few questions about myself and what I wanted. She definitely knows her stuff and her confidence in her abilities left me at ease as the session started. My session took approximately 45 minutes. Throughout my session, Melanie made sure to check in on me and how I was feeling. If there was an issue, she made sure to address it and wanted me to tell her if anything felt a little off. I felt very little to no discomfort during the session and afterwards my eyelashes looked AMAZING. I had a great first experience with Melanie and her personality only added to the awesomeness of my experience.

My Lash Tint was a process and my lashes were not cooperating and neither were my tear ducts. I have stick straight lashes and the lift did not take very well. I loved that she acknowledged that first! She immediately suggested that I come in again in a few days and she would repeat the process for free. My brows-that haven't been done in years-looked great! She texted me back and said she would be out of town till Tuesday that was two or three actually almost 4 Tuesdays ago. She is yet to contact me back. I'm devastated now. They just fall out. I came here on a whim since I was waiting to meet someone up for lunch. I came in around 11:45 and the person threading was just ringing out her first customer. She told me to have a seat and told me to wait for a few minutes while she was doing something on her computer. A few minutes turned to about 10 minutes... then she finally started threading. She did a pretty good job cleaning up around the eyebrows and upper lip. I will say this place is a little more pricey than the places I go to, but I understand because of its location. My main issue was with how long I had to wait before she started threading. I've been to several places where I've arrived right when they have opened and haven't had to wait more than a couple minutes!
