He showed me pictures of inside of the vent and it was all filled with dust. I couldn't even see the metal. Once they were done, they showed me the after picture and I was in complete shock. I can't say enough great things about Restorerz but I'll try…read more We had a leak from our second floor bathroom into our first floor bathroom, figured it out and called Beach Plumbing asap. Edwin at Beach Plumbing recommended us to Restorerz, and said they were the best in the area. I trusted his judgment, as I had a previous experience about 8 years prior with a different company (recommended by my insurance company) that was horrific in every sense the word. Joel and his team (Eduardo, David and Javier) came to the property the morning after Edwin identified the leak and immediately created a game plan. They laid out the entire process start to finish, gave realistic timeframes, offered to speak with insurance adjusters, and were always checking in and within reach during the process. They tore down the walls and got the room prepped for mitigation immediately to get the room dried out. They were extra careful to make sure the rest of my house was clean while they did performed the job. They said they would show up every day to check on the fans, which they did. Christobal came next and helped explained the situation to the insurance company over the phone with me on the line. He showed up when the field adjuster came out to the property to explain the situation. He became my main point of contact. On top of all this, after they were finished the job, they had their Claims Consultant Morelia keep in touch with me during the payment portion with the insurance. She knew the process backwards and forwards and was extra helpful in managing the flow of documents to the insurance company. She provided me with every bit of information I needed to make sure insurance was properly charged. While I hope to never have a situation like this happen again, I would recommend Restorerz in a heartbeat to anyone suffering through a water loss and needing their services. They really have it together and provide top notch service for our community.

The project manager was incompetent, the office unresponsive and unhelpful. I was put through a strong arm sale, payed twice as much as I should have, and was put through a horrible process. They are predatory and will take as much of your money as possible. There is a reason no insurance groups want to work with them.

Not only was their quote HALF of what this larger company gave us....they were consistently professional, on time, and they did EXCEPTIONAL work! Our system before was so inefficient, and Red Apple was the first company to actually diagnose all the problems, give us a WORKING solution, and actually do an incredible job without disrupting our business. Our heating costs have gone down almost 65% since our new installation and our students are LOVING how hot it is. The customer service is really terrific! We have recently worked with Martin to repair a smaller AC unit in our business and he provided EXCEPTIONAL service all around! We are grateful to have found this company and will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone!

DO NOT TRUST -- My Personal Experience…read more In my personal experience, this company has been extremely difficult to deal with. The owner initially came across as a great salesperson, but the work performed did not match what was promised. After my electrician pointed out the poor workmanship and safety hazards, it was recommended that I perform a HERS test. The system failed. Red Apple then removed the system and told me I would receive a full refund, but communication stopped shortly afterward and no refund was provided. I eventually hired an attorney, and Red Apple agreed to reimburse me $25,000 in $3,000 installments, but no payments were ever made. After multiple attempts to collect and several unfulfilled promises to drop off a check, I filed a complaint with the California State Licensing Board (CSLB). They also had difficulty contacting the owner. I then filed a claim against the contractor's bond. About a month later, CSLB was finally able to reach Red Apple, and the owner again agreed to reimburse the $25,000, this time in $1,500 monthly installments. As of today, I have not received any payments. This has been an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience. Based on what I went through, I encourage others to be very cautious and to make sure a HERS test is performed and passes before making final payment.
