I received confirmation and took off work. When I showed up I was told "sorry I have another client, I didn't confirm your appointment". You can see in the added photo that is not true. I strongly recommend setting up a better scheduling system. Update: Lisa called apologized and offered a discounted rate for the same day. Facilities were clean and overall was a professional experience.

She doesn't take credit cards, but she takes Venmo and will give you a discount for paying in cash. She has a place in a building where each office is rented out to individuals in business for themselves in the beauty industry. You ring the buzzer and she will meet you at the main door. Nabila comes from a long line of estheticians, her mother and her grandmother were estheticians in Jordan. She uses her own sugar recipe handed down from her family. She explains the process and gets to work. I have to say the sugaring I received was not as painful as I remember. In all, the process was clean and faster than I anticipated. I will definitely be back again for upkeep.

Expert techs use a popsicle stick to apply a little wax. There's a little yank, and--VOILA!--the eagles go find new housing. Sure, I could spend big bucks on a trimmer, but the wax job is only $12 and it gives way better results.
