They are absolutely beautiful and they look like real wood and match our existing wood trim beautifully! They helped us select slide windows instead of the casement crank windows we had, to save on costs. Before, I was so embarrassed by our rotten wood windows, and the mold had me concerned for my family's health. But not anymore!! I am also so pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the LEI team, our salesman Mark especially, who took the time to find out exactly what we wanted and gave us very helpful recommendations. He was also very easy to communicate with and real down-to-earth, with no pushy sales tactics. The team of installers were quick and they were able to work while my family was at home. Overall, I highly recommend LEI Home Enhancements!

Our sales person, Mark, was great and very on top of things during the whole process. No pressure - which is HUGE to me. Our installer, Steve, did a great job and explained the process and how to work the windows upon completion, and, no clean up for me after install either! My cream windows with cream trim look fabulous. Originally I was going to do half of my windows and the rest later, but it looked so good that I decided to just go for it. I'm glad that I did.

I felt like I was dealing with a neighbor, not a salesperson. It was a tough decision but his personal touch closed the deal. When the day came to do the work, the crew was onsite right away and went straight to work. They were not disruptive and got the job done in less than one day. Finally, the front door broke making it impossible to unlock it from both inside and out. We called the company that originally installed the locks but found out they no longer service residential homes. However, they gave us a couple of recommendations, and we feel extremely fortunate that the Lock Doc was the first to get back to us. Bill came within 35 minutes to take a look at our problems and went right to work! Within an hour and a half, he had every lock working beautifully! We were impressed and amazed at the skill, expertise and knowledge Bill had and shared with us. In the end the big problem was the door strike plates all needed adjusting and no new locks were necessary! He was totally up front, honest and reasonably priced. Now we can lock the door with one finger....no tugging or holding the door in anymore! He made sure we understood that was how the lock is supposed to function, and if it doesn't to call him back right away so as to prevent further destruction of the lock. What a fantastic businessman and just a great guy! I highly recommend The Lock Doc if you're experiencing lock problems or just want new locks! Dawn Egan
