Met for our final inspection and was thanked for taking such good care of the unit, but still had money deducted from our security deposit (including for a stain in our oven, which had appeared the first time we used it). We were good tenants and didn't complain when our basement flooded on two different occasions or when a new light bulb exploded all over our dining room - it seemed unfair to nickel and dime us especially with all the extra work I put in. My recommendation would be to thoroughly document before and after pictures if you choose to rent here.

Since moving into the property (an older home), several minor issues have arisen (e.g., a toilet leak, a problem with the fridge, a tap leak), and each time, PPM has quickly and efficiently resolved the problem, even when the issue came up late at night. This is in stark contrast to other property management companies that we have rented from in the past, where we were often forced to live with the issue for weeks or even months.
