Beth and Peggy are personable and professional and a true joy to work with; it's clear that they care about their tennants and strive hard to meet their needs. Since moving into the property (an older home), several minor issues have arisen (e.g., a toilet leak, a problem with the fridge, a tap leak), and each time, PPM has quickly and efficiently resolved the problem, even when the issue came up late at night. This is in stark contrast to other property management companies that we have rented from in the past, where we were often forced to live with the issue for weeks or even months. We could not be happier with PPM!

They'll drop you without warning or explanation. The staff has nasty attitudes and acts like they've got serious anger management issues -- or maybe they just hate their miserable jobs. Absolutely no manners and no respect for people. Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else. You deserve better.

Overall, the unit is nice and the landlord is generally responsive to any issues. I spent 3 hours of my own time painting the inside of our unit (had notified the landlord in advance). Met for our final inspection and was thanked for taking such good care of the unit, but still had money deducted from our security deposit (including for a stain in our oven, which had appeared the first time we used it). We were good tenants and didn't complain when our basement flooded on two different occasions or when a new light bulb exploded all over our dining room - it seemed unfair to nickel and dime us especially with all the extra work I put in. My recommendation would be to thoroughly document before and after pictures if you choose to rent here.

I put in a 3rd request on May 14th. then all 3 requests are all canceled. I send a message to the property management to call me. no response. it is now may 18th and it was 87 degrees today and my house is at 85 degrees at 10pm and I cannot sleep which is why I am currently writing this review while I should be sleeping. I cannot sit by and pay 1260 a month for a company that will not respond to my normal maintenance requests. this is rediculous and I am hoping someone high up sees this review and I can finally get my ac fixed. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The maintenance team is absolutely a joke. I had to send atleast 10 maintenance requests for a simple I have no hot water complaint. Well after 4 visits I had to request an outside company to come take a look at it. Took them all of 30 seconds to say it needed a new hot water heater and softeners. I had to make 2 more requests after to get them to replace it. Then the company spilt water all over the carpet and broke the doors for the closet the softener was in. Which was in my 5 year old sons bedroom. The maintenance department decides a shower curtain is acceptable as a closet and didn't clean up the spilt water softener salt In there that they spilt. The cabin was dirty on arrival: dust, dead bugs, trash under the bed, dirty bedding, and a strong musty odor. The outdoor space was no better -- the deck was covered in animal feces we had to clean, the yard was overgrown, the fire pit unusable, and mosquitoes made the space miserable. Inside, we found dangerously overloaded outlets and endured a nearly two-hour power outage caused by the owner's appliance. This was not the safe, comfortable, or enjoyable stay we expected at the price paid. We contacted the management company three times afterward with photos and a fair request for partial compensation. Each time, they refused to take responsibility, offering only excuses and dismissive responses. Travelers: expect a dirty, neglected property with zero support if issues arise. Owners: beware -- your property and reputation are at risk with this company. Many management firms care about guests and homes. Sadly, Sand County Service Company is not one of them. NOTE: We only took pics of the electrical for insurance purposes. We were too busy cleaning for two hours to take more. Trying to salvage a vacation!

I never had any major issues with the properties I lived at, the neighbors or the maintenance of the interior/exterior of the apartment.
