We felt rushed and found that he was a bit terse. We were just about to cancel everything. If the service did not improve the next time we went, that's what we were going to do. However, the 3rd time Alex helped us and turned our negative feelings about the store into positive ones. There were some issues but he immediately ensured that all issues would be taken care of. We also found that he took his time to ensure our satisfaction. There were a couple of things that had not been originally done such as ordering the bowties and he took care of it. There was also a vest missing for the father of the bride. When going back for the final fittings, the vest had arrived but needed some adjustment. They immediately give it to their tailor and it was done within one hour. However, the bowties had not yet arrived but Alex assured us that they would be coming in that week. We just want to say thank you Alex for doing such a great job, being a professional and so courteous. What a pleasure it has been dealing with you.

On the day of my brothers wedding we had to stop by to tell them the shirts they gave us were not tailored at all even though we paid 300$ to get them tailored. We ended up getting a full refund, but definitely not worth all that stress. Customer service is HORRIBLE and their suits, ties, and accessories are way over priced especially for the low quality. I would not recommend this place, especially if you are planning for your wedding. They honestly made too many mistakes that made the entire bridal party stressed out lol not just me.

I'm super glad to have this store so close to home. It's not a very large location, but they have a…read moredecent selection of work and outdoor wear, shoes, undergarments, and accessories. They usually have a pretty good selection of sizes as well. Like another review mentioned, there tends to be a shortage of staff on the ground. Once you flag one down, however, they tend to be quite helpful. Their Denver Hayes house brand has proved pretty impressive to me. I found that the treads on their brand performed better on my winter boots than my pricey Sorels. I now use their undergarments as a go-to brand whenever I'm restocking, and like to give them as stocking stuffers or add ons for presents. They have a nice selection of solid white basics, and a nice range of colours. I always check out their sales and clearance sections, where I've scored some nice brand name pieces like my Bench jacket at a really good discount. They also almost always have sales and promotions going on for seasonal items. I love their generous return policy. I have never had any trouble exchanging any item over the years. Also, because they're part of the Triangle group along with Canadian Tire, you get all that great loyalty cash at an increased rate. On occasion I've had to turn to another larger location, but in general, I can get what I need here. Definitely a go-to place for basics.

They gave me their feedback on the products and tried to help me find a nice pair of winter boots. Unfortunately, they didn't have my size but I was able to find a nice plaid shirt. I officially bought my first plaid shirt and I now feel even more Canadian. Hehe. It's worth checking out this store if you need hard core winter boots or some jeans.

So far I have only dealt with them online, but the service I received from Jonathan was absolutely amazing. I was having trouble deciding between several items, but Jonathan asked me a few questions and was able to help me decide. When the stuff arrived, he was totally right. I am so happy to have received his advice. From now on, I only want to shop at Lost and Found. Thank you so much, I can't wait to place my next order. Update: I was in Toronto for a wedding and had some time to go visit them in person. They are in a great location, the store is well organized, and the staff is friendly and passionate about fashion. I had a great conversation about the brands they stock and why they choose them, which only further reinforced my opinion that this is the best men's store in Canada. But the best part was this: I bought a sweater (among other things) and was about to pay for it when I noticed a thread coming loose. To my amazement, their team was able to repair the garment while I waited. Not only do they stock the best clothing, they also provide excellent support. The sweater has been great ever since and survived several trips through the wash. Thanks for the perfect repair job! Next time please teach me how to do that :)

4 star for fun and browsing factor 2 star for prices (freak…read moreme out prices but I know how Euro VS Can$) Irish design has anything you can think of that you wish you have got and more when you less visit Ireland. Nice selections of Guinness novelty items, Irish traditional more conservative clothing.. those nice sweaters, overcoat would certainly keep you warm and toasty.. but just don't look at the price tag. Make sure you go to the back and have some Irish cuisine, irish tea and desserts. It is a delight to see a little tea shop inside of the store where you can enjoy some Irish home cooking!

Niagara-on-the-Lake is a all about the shopping, history and lake time (it's named for a reason!); and as far as shopping goes, Irish Design should be one of your stops. Beautiful store chalk full of Irish (no surprise there!) products, many made from beautiful Merino wool: socks, hats, blankets and the most beautiful, thick sweaters you've ever seen. Also, a large assortment of scarves, jewelry and all your Irish needs. Whether you're looking for a present for yourself or someone else, if you're willing to open your pocket book VERY wide, this might be just the stop for you. Like most of the stores directly on Queen Street (the main drag in Niagara-on-the-Lake), Irish Design has its prices set high. Although, they DO have a "sale" section and remember, everything is listed in Canadian dollars. They accept credit, cash and US currency and have a lovely tea room, which I did not visit, in the back of the store (bathrooms only available for tea room patrons, no public store washroom!) Irish Design is also located near the [shopping] end of Queen Street, right before the residential strip, couple shops over from King George Theater. Great hours, opening at 9:30am during the weekday. Overall, a cozy shop and unique enough that it should be on your list of places to visit.
