During the appointment, I expressed concern after she finished my first eye because the lashes appeared much longer and curlier than what I requested. I was reassured that they would look different once I sat up. They did not! I contacted her again the same day and when I came back from vacation because the length and curl were uncomfortable, especially since I wear glasses and the lashes were touching my lenses. She later advised she only specialized in D curls, which was not disclosed ahead of time. Had I known I would not have wasted my time or money. What was most frustrating was that this was treated as a difference in preference rather than acknowledging that the final result was no where near what I requested. She assumed it would grow on me. My only request was for the original service to be corrected without requiring me to pay for another full set. Instead of offering a reasonable resolution, I was told that her style was not a good fit for me and encouraged to find another lash artist. She lacked transparency, accountability, and willingness to correct the service was extremely disappointing. This is not the way to treat customers, especially when I already expressed my bad experience I received before with someone else. Do yourself a favor, and choose someone else!

I…read moredidn't have to wait 4 months for an appointment as I would have with the instagram model club. Instead I chose a real industry expert that knew what would look fabulous even if I didn't. As a newbie to any permanent makeup and a tattoo, microblading virgin, I was understandably nervous . There was timely communication from first contact to appointment to confirmation. I knew exactly what to expect with masking and sanitation protocols for our safety throughout. Jane calmed my anxiety by explaining the entire process and each step as she artfully, safely, patiently and with the expertise of a professional in her craft since 1994, executed gorgeous, natural looking brows for me. She started like a Dr with medical history paperwork, taking my whole of humanity into consideration prior to getting into the meat and potatoes of the procedure which I appreciated! Jane assessed my face/canvas and drew what she believed would be beautiful for my structure and let me see for agreement. We proceeded to the microblading process and I feel it couldn't have gone better with knowing which parts would be painful vs rest breaks and the tlc I felt from Jane considering all my allergies and well being. I'm thrilled with the result and excited to see how the artfully crafted brows will look after healed. I had overplucked them in the past and they were uneven and thinned out. Penciling them in hasn't always produced an even well manicured effect. Embarrassing at times. Those worries are now over. Totally uneven in places after it finally settled and I don't even want to go back to have them fix it. On top of that I scheduled a facial a month in advance, called the day before to confirm only to find out that their staff had canceled it because the girl who does facials is working her second job that day and they don't even know her work schedule for her second job to re book. Stay far away. I unfortunately pre paid for these services and am disputing the charge for the facial as the owner refuses to give a refund. I would not recommend this hole in the wall of a "day spa" to my worst enemy!!
