The responses to my questions were fast, and I asked A LOT of questions. All my questions felt welcomed by Shay and I am so thankful to him. Quality was superb. I asked Shay for help with adding a wall to my garage, change area of laundry air vent, demo carpet on stairs and on second floor , change subflooring on second floor, install laminate flooring where carpet was, new walk in shower, and upgrade our stairs to have risers. The finished job looked beautiful and well built. There were minor details that I wanted fixed and Shay had it fixed next day. It was amazing. As for the cost, it was comparable to other competitors. We saw Shay and his team had proof of work. Shay took us to one of his other renovation projects and that house was beautiful. Even after the job is done, Shay does not ghost you. I asked him if he could look at something for me and he still sent someone my way. Overall, my partner and I are both so happy we went with JRD Construction. Dont hesitate to choose them!

Just want to give a shout out to Hector and his crew for doing an awesome job on my Fence…read more I started this project a few months ago although I had been thinking about it for a while. I got a few quotes before decided on Fence Pros. Even in giving me the quote Hector was professional. He came on time to my house and did a diagram, calculations and gave me the quote all in the initial visit to my home. I had him price it two ways, as I was not sure of which style of fence I wanted it. After talk to some other fence guys I decided on Hector. Reason being, he is very professional and has been doing fences all his life and learned the trade from his Father. He even does fences for the government and of course he is a licensed contractor. So I was really impressed and sure he was qualified to do the job. The job was started on time and Hector and I had a agreed on a time frame that the job would be finished, which he kept. His workers came every day on time and worked diligently on the fence until it was completed. His workers never bothered me, they were quiet, polite and very easy to work with. I'm very satisfied with the look and quality of my fence and I would have Hector come out and do work for me again in a heart beat. Thank You Hector for doing a great job!

They left huge caps between our property lines and my brick and construction like I didn't care about the neighbors even though we're paying a little bit for it worst and ugliest fan I've ever seen the neighbor did it because he was a little push pushed between my dogs and his son's dogs fill up a huge gap of where my dog could dig under which is eventually going to happen so I'm gonna have to go to his side and add some brick to his short retaining wall so getting a new fence was completely useless. Not to mention I have to fix my side about 4 inches of concrete or weeds are starting to grow well, I guess at least it gave us a bigger property line.

Since it's such a delicate and important upgrade, I really wanted to find the right team. After meeting with several companies, LA Railings stood out by offering a very fair price that fit perfectly within our budget. Their website showcased so many beautiful completed projects, and I truly appreciated how they thoughtfully responded to many of their online reviews. Because they specialize exclusively in railings, we felt confident in their expertise. Most importantly, their customer service was absolutely fantastic! From our very first phone call, Clay was incredibly patient, professional, and offered wonderful suggestions we hadn't even thought of. Sharam arrived right on time for the measurement and inspection, sharing invaluable insights from his years of experience. The entire crew was punctual, polite, and professional throughout the process. I know you can't please everyone, but I am very satisfied with my experience dealing with LA Railings. We are so incredibly happy with the amazing final result! It went from a nice view to a million dollar view. If you are considering a similar project, I highly recommend reaching out to them to see how they can help bring your vision to life.

The gate on the other side was functional, but in serious need of a cosmetic upgrade that complemented our new garage door and gate columns. Many of the contractors we reached out to were unwilling to accommodate our design requirements. We really wanted wood-looking vinyl gates with an arched top to complement the rest of the house. Pro-Vinyl Fencing was the only contractor in the Thousand Oaks area willing to bring our vision to life. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable and actually beat out several other estimates we received. David was our primary point of contact throughout the design process. He was extremely patient and went out of his way to accommodate all of our specific choices. The main reason we are taking off a star comes down to installation day. The installer (who was separate from David) installed the drop rod on the wrong side of the gate, requiring a second visit to correct it. We also suspect the installer contributed to a few scratches on the gates during the job. Beyond those hiccups on the installation side, we were thrilled with David's customer service, the affordability, and Pro-Vinyl's willingness to execute the exact material and arched design we wanted.
