I called them and they told me to bring it in, to see if they had missed something or something was left undone. my husband was at the Taco Bell and we asked for a tow truck, they said okay, but if it was their fault we wouldn't have to pay for it but, if it was something else other than what they were fixing, we'd have to pay the towing. the owing fee was $150... from Taco Bell, to the shop. it wasn't even that far. my husband ended up asking help to push the car. we get a call the next day, that the car is ready. we come in, they said "alright, take it". didn't get charged or get any explanation. second incident, my husband brings in his 2015 Chevy Silverado. it needs breaks changed on all 4. tell me why it's $2,000 ?? what do we do, we bring all the parts. the brakes and brake pads and router, and caliber. just for the labor it was $700? which is crazy, cause my husband kept going back and forth with them. they kept telling him they weren't the right breaks, or pads, and my husband comes to talk to the machanic and he's like "oh sorry, we haven't even opened the boxes or looked at them" NEVERMIND, $680 to change one set of breaks, router and caliber. FUCKING CRAZY. I'm sorry but, they need better communication skills, and they take sooo long to get things done.

I drove the vehicle a few hours to get some errands done and it was stalling (misding) a little. Thursday morning I took it back to Alpha, they put it on the diagnostic machine, in an hour they had fixed my vehicle, and I was back on my way. I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.

I have a mazda 3 that had a small transmission transmission problem where it was on crawl mode. It…read morewould not shift to high from low. It was a solenoid problem. We took it to Hennessey mazda service. They kept the car for a few days. That was OK. They finally called us and said it was a solenoid problem and that they would have to take the transmission apart to replace the part which is inside the transmission case. It would cost $4000. We, of course said no way. We had already trouble shot the problem ourselves and knew what it was before they told us. We later brought it to this Aamco. The place was tremendously busy but they took us in and looked at the car. First off, he said that it needed fluid. WHAT? He then cleared the codes. He came in and told us, "it's all good". Again, WHAT? He said "it was good". Just needed to be looked after, until the seal is fixed. Nice! We tried to pay for the time and he refused where it cost us about $150 at mazda to get nothing. This AAMCO saved us $4000 bucks. Now i have a little time to go get this fixed for a few hundred bucks. I would let these guys fix the problem but we are from out of town and don't live here.
