I love the reviews here. So true. On google fncb has a 5 star rating!!!! Hilarious!!! These people have a license to steal. They didnt approve if me or me being in business and continually took money from my account under the pretense it was an overdraft. $600 in 3 months!! Ally bank online no overdraft fee and offers everything these crooks offer except the theft. There is a reason denaple owns the top of a mountain and a town!! The upgrade of their system since November of 2015 has been nothing but a nightmare!!! My automatic mortgage payments had been double drafted, for a few months...causing numerous overdraft fees, and then they want to give me the run around on correcting their errors! Additionally, they began withdrawing my mortgage AFTER our assigned date, then applied late fees due to the system not working properly. I have also experienced FNCB bank not knowing where my payment was, even though the draft was recorded from other bank account ( non-FNCB).This bank is HORRIBLE!! And the level of incompetence with the employees are unbelievable due to no one knowing what to do and further more they do not like to return phone calls. read more

I have to agree with all 3 reviews, prior to mine. Took a car loan through this bank, with my 800 credit score. Every time I made a payment in advance, in other words, I would pay 2 paymenrd instead of just the one due. Every time, I would get a letter that they were going to report me to the credit bureau, for making payments in advance!!!!! Never again with this bank. Better to pay a little more interest and no aggravation. read more

Horrible horrible place to have your loans through! The staff who take care of your loan is absolutely horrible and very rude. They screwed up on a part of my loan on their side and I had one of their ladies from the loan department call me SCREAMING at me threatening me they will no longer take my checks by phone. It is also very ridiculous how they want $10 to pay your loan over the phone! The staff at this bank are rude and awfully mean. I wouldn't even refer this bank to my worst enemy. read more

Run, do not walk! This bank used to be ok but they decided to upgrade their system recently and customers were left without access to their accounts for several days (6+ days).. When I called them to ask when the issues would be fixed, no one would give an answer. Complete incompetence and lack of regard for customers. read more
