The biggest problem was how "unavailable" they were to my tenants and to those that inquired about one particular unit that was vacant. I consistently heard "I can't get a hold of them" and if you read their other reviews this seems to be a reoccurring theme. I experienced the same thing. They almost never answered their phones even during regular business hours and at times returning my phone call took them days. Nice enough ladies but there seems to be some disorganization in the office and their communication leaves a lot to be desired. The final straw was when a persistently late tenant was a month late with her rent (again) and I asked not if but when the Notice To Quit was posted so as to get the ball rolling with regard to taking her to court. When they told me that it was never posted because the tenant made a promise to pay that week, I fired them. What's the point of paying a property management company if they're not going to MANAGE my properties?

So the find the car loan, but that's not sufficient to exchange 300 worth of $50s for my $300 worth of $20s. So then they tried looking up my non profit local union account (which my name is on and they can't find it). I gave up, like really just to exchange some bills? Just a bad experience. Will definitely not be my choice of bank I'm the future.

They demand information and verification and threaten customers with account closure if they do not provide it.

The real estate closing was done within an hour with no issues! Needless to say, I would not close on another property without Paul. They threaten to file criminal charges. I am not embellishing. Every word is true. Every time I tried to trade in my Jeep for another car, the dealer says "It's through Fidelity?
