If my movie is in Theaters 1 or 2, I'll go elsewhere. (The screens are too small, the theaters too long -- what can I say? I've become picky in my old age.) So, that's how we ended up at Regal. Worth the half hour drive. This is a modern movie house with large screens and comfortable stadium seating. Concessions don't interest me, but this one seems to have everything, including margaritas. (Are full bars the new norm in movie theaters?) Located around the bend from the huge King of Prussia mall, there are a bunch of places to eat in the area -- including our go-to Mexican restaurant. We finally had to leave the movie ourselves to figure out what happened. The manager's response was unbelievable. Instead of apologizing, he blamed the ordering system and questioned why we "didn't check sooner" because everything was already closed. Excuse me? We paid for a dine-in movie experience. Customers should not have to leave their movie and track down food they already paid for. To make matters worse, we missed about 15 minutes of the movie trying to resolve this issue and NEVER even received the drink we ordered. One employee, Sam Biely, was the only bright spot of the night. He stepped in, tried to help, and even offered to make popcorn despite the manager literally telling him "No, it's closed." Sam still chose to help anyway and showed more professionalism than management did the entire evening. He deserves recognition. The manager at this location should not be running a theater. Rude, unprofessional, not customer centric, and clearly unconcerned about customer experience. Still waiting on the refund. After reading the other reviews, it's clear this location has ongoing issues. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The parking lot is huge and available on both sides of the theatre. I did online reservation via regal app and worked just fine. For a 9.30 pm show it had quite a people. The concession stand has limited options and fresh popcorn popping so couldn't resist and it tasted okay. There are probably 3 restrooms, one under maintenance and 1 was dirty and third one was okay to be used. So, cleanliness of restrooms was a challenge. There were lot of screens, and the seats are very comfortable. One reason I would come back here again would be for the seats that are tall, huge and nice reclining. If you are in the area probably a good place to catch a movie.

It was a movie experience unlike what I have experienced in the past I really like the seating. I was there once before a long time ago, but I fell asleep. This was a great movie experience although it is expensive to go to the movies it definitely takes it to a new level. Yes we will be back and yes, we will recommend this establishment to others.

This is a local business in Malvern, PERFECT for any outdoor get together, hot or cold, kids or adults (because seriously, these jumbo bubbles would create a dope team game after a few adult beverages). I asked if they'd sell me any of their secret ingredient bubble formula... they will, but it has a shelf life of about 2 weeks so call them and they'll make you a fresh batch! In addition to their special HUMONGOUS BUBBLE formula, they use two fishing poles with chains between them to make country style prizewinner bubbles! And I'm serious, pop one of these and be ready for the suds spray! But totally worth it for the fun! The kids went WILD for hours. It never got old. Parents too could not resist, and they had a total height advantage, but I can't blame them, this was a pretty special experience. I can't emphasize enough, these are 'roid bubbles, not your average encounter. I was impressed at the arm strength of these Bubbletopia peeps, and they had smiles on their faces the whole time, watching the fun they created.
