The Jeffersonville location was a table show and bar food was available. It was nice that there was no mandatory minimum drink requirement when I've attended. It was a great time at a great price. St Peter's Episcopal Church sates to 1704 - before the birth of our nation. The original building was a log cabin church and it was a missionary outpost. The original church burned down, replaced by a C 1744-1778 stone church, followed by c 1856 and c 1901 additions. There is also a modern "bank barn" built about 15 years ago. Being in the historic church, in one of the original "boxed pews", it felt restful and calm. The choir, organist and string quartet made beautiful music in the space. The congregation were lovely people and the minister gave a thoughtful homily about the difference between happiness and joy. All around the church are cemeteries, the oldest part of which dates to the 1700s. This is walked in and they have sheep doing the grass trimming. Sheep will keep the grasses around the headstones short but not damage them. It's a very cool way to care for the grounds - ecological, practical and symbolic too. The church grounds are on a hill with the "great valley" all around. Standing there, seeing all the office buildings and homes, I can imagine how magnificent the valley was as farming country. Even with the development it's still an impressive sight. I am so glad to have been there in Christmas Eve. I left feeling grounded and peaceful. Definitely going again.

A TELEX MACHINE (which I used to operate). When I asked the staff if they had one none of them even knew what I was talking about (early 20's)! We took the tram tour and really enjoyed it. The tram moved at a nice pace so you could really take in everything. So much to see - everywhere. It was a really fun way to spend a few hours on a rainy day! But I urge you to visit rain or shine!

The tram car goes at a super slow speed so you have time to take everything in. The tour is guided by a pre-recorded audio track but sometimes the driver will provide information as well. The museum also has a small walkable area to explore. There's also popcorn, candy, and drinks to purchase. Some of the items are truly impressive and there's definitely plenty for everyone to point out and find and enjoy. Highly recommend this fun attraction.

We have a new baby on the way and wouldn't hesitate to send her too when the time comes. We have also returned for their school-age summer camp and our boys loved it. They are always able to talk if we have questions or special requests and are very flexible when we need to move schedules around (we're only in three days a week).
