In expensive New Year's items. Most were about 2 bucks
Genie M.

This store has been in this neighborhood a long ass time. They sell almost everything you could imagine from the ceiling to the floor. They have, rugs, electronics, blenders, curtains, shower curtains, cleaning products, toys, school supplies, pajamas, slippers, scarves, toilet seats and party supplies. Great friendly service. Wear a mask. Check any bags at the door. Show your receipt when leaving and you are good to go.

I have been going to this business for over 29 years and they are now not honring there prices. I went to buy socks and the price on the sign said 249. The owner had a clerk change the price. I have included pictures before she changed it and after. This is a shame to be treated like this afther patronizing for over 29 years.

4 Ralph Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11221

Security at the door was extremely rude to me. I asked him where to find some clothing that was displayed in the front window, he sent me to an aisle that had no clothing in it, and when I went back to the front to tell him that it's not there, He rudely said "Ok", and looked past me, ignored me, and continued a conversation with another customer. This was a horrible experience. Customer Service at this store gets an F.

If you don't live in Chinatown Brooklyn, you've most likely never been to or heard of this store…read more But it is really a hidden gem, literally. I took a lovely field trip to Chinatown Brooklyn this weekend and as I was walking I spotted on a side street a giant pink sign "Pink House". I had to further investigate because at first I thought it was some kind of Barbie living Condominium. But to my surprise it was a cute as a button clothing store. I have always wondered where a lot of these cute Asian gals are getting their sweet wardrobe and I may have found the secret! All the clothing here is very sweet, baby doll style clothing. Floral print tops, babydoll style dresses, striped leggings, really cute mini skirts & short shorts. I think there are really only two sizes and they are small and extra small. But a lot of the dresses fit loosely and could fit other sizes. They have their own Pink House brand of clothing that is very cute. $49 seemed to be the priced of everything in the store. All in all, I haven't seen another store in New York like this one and it makes me think if I went on a shopping trip overseas this is what I would find - and I love it!

The store is hidden on a side street of 8th Ave, Brooklyn, right next to a parking garage. There is a large pink sign that proclaims "Pink House", and there is no way you'll miss it. I must echo on Katie's review, Pink House does have super cute mini-skirts and tops. My girl love their boots, which was shipped from Korea as we were told. Most Chinese/Asian boutique offers poor quality to go with the bargined price tags, this store offers good quality, great style and reasonable dollars for it. Not cheap at all, but reasonable! The reps (I think their names were Ivy and Kitty) actually speaks English and have great fashion sense! My girl had a makeover in there basically and came out styling hot!! She loves it, and I love the way she looks in it. Money well spent! If you love the Asian chic styles but don't wanna get into the iny and crowded stores in c-town, I strongly recommend this shop for y'all! BTW, we are now regulars of the shop! =)

Right by the entrance got plastic wheeled baskets and large net tote bags to carry your clothes in while you shop. I did not expect the store to have those baskets so big so you know the store is very cheap and affordable. Most of the customers there had a lot of stuff inside their baskets. The store surprisingly was very affordable with clothes averaging $20 or lower than that. They had clothes for women, men, children, and babies with home goods and accessories. This store had many levels you can access by escalators and elevators. There were self checkout systems that you had to scan your receipt to get out of the self checkout section. I've never seen this type of system in any store in New York City before where you scan the receipt to get out. There was so much to look at and it took me around 1.5 hours to check out the whole store. There was so much variety in every department. The style is similar to Old Navy with a lot of clothes made out of in linen. The store is very organized and neat. All the clothes are not out of place and They had cheap flats in stock that were made out of faux leather. They cost $9 and were wide enough and soft for my feet. They were really comfortable and fit true to size. I bought a pastel pink pair of flats in size 7. I keep wearing them to this day. The toddler and kids section had many styles and clothes to go through. They had a lot of t-shirts of different colors and designs for $4. I stocked up on those. They had Henley and cotton t-shirts. Another thing I liked about the toddlers section was the underwear. They had a maximum of 10 underwear in one bag. Also they had nice tank tops and camisoles for toddlers on sale. The camisoles were snugged and small to size so it's recommended to go up one more size. Overall, this store is a nice store for cheap finds. Everything is very stylish and in fashion here. This store is for anyone who cannot afford expensive stylish clothes.

Date of visit: April 13, 2026…read more Initially we thought this was a smaller Primark store due to the footprint of the building, but it turned out to be quite sizable and full of the things we know and love (and don't need but buy anyway) about Primark! On the disappointing side was that some of the escalators were broken and stairs were either not clearly marked or not an option, requiring us to use a relatively slow elevator to make our way to the floor where the Men's items were located. Despite that, and our already heavy luggage, we still found a number of items to bring back home with us as gifts, plus some clothes for us!

Brooklyn Heights flashback.. don't you just love those? I…read morewas speaking to a friend about this store just recently and had to write a review.. Why?? In a galaxy far far away.. Fawn's first apartment was in Brooklyn Heights on Orange Street. How I loved living on Orange Street; a block away from the Promenade. The other famous fruit street is Cranberry. You all know that street: Cher's character in Moonstruck was kicking a can after spending the night with Nicholas Cage? Yes, that Cranberry Street. But, I digress.. Brooklyn Heights back then had great restaurants and shops on Montague Street. Back then there was Banana Republic, Gap, Anne Taylor.. But Tango was "the" place to shop for designer merchandise.. When I first moved to the Heights everyone had a Longchamp bag, Le Pliage to be exact, ( their famed canvas and Russian cowhide bag) and I wanted one. I was told Tango carried that brand. Thus, I entered into this charming boutique and surveyed the goods. Beautifully merchandised and very personable staff.. and then I found it! My Longchamp bag: it was the small Le Pliage in meadow green and I took one look and it was MINE! I love green and it was perfect! I was so stoked! Tango carries numerous designer apparel, shoes and handbags. I believe the owner owns the building. I shopped there numerous times and in fact my second important purchase was a pair of Sigerson Morrison sandals! Tango is still located on beautiful Montague Street and it's worth stopping in. Tango, thank you for the lovely service and assortment of fine designer items.

The store clerk was ringing up another customer. As I waited to be served middle agex very plain woman enters the store. She picks up a pair of panty hose. After the transaction with the initial customer was completed. I made it clear although it was obvious, I was next. Unfortunately, the older white bedraggled store clerk decided the white woman who arrived after me, time was more valuable. So, the white store clerk began to ring up the white woman. Thereafter, I took my black self with my black dollars and departed the store. Now, I reside around the corner from Tango. For almost thirty years I've lived in Brooklyn Heights. I've always found Tango's bridge line clothing overpriced and as far as style underwhelming. I only shop there in a pinch. You are better off going across the street to Housing Works. A few seasons ago, I bought a Valentino Black label cocktail dress at Housing Works. Similarly, last spring, I purchased a fabulous 2ply silk Balenciaga aqua blue cocktail dress. Housing Works employees are pleasant and respectful to all their customers. Just not the ones who look like them!!!
