I have been working with Kelsey and Beverly as both a consignor and shopper for just over five…read moreyears now, and there is no one better than them. I previously consigned with a larger, national brand in the city and had multiple bad experiences, the culmination of which was them literally stealing a bag from me. That would NEVER happen here. Kelsey's combines high powered expertise and reach with small business personal touch. Items I drop off are meticulously tracked, and receipts/pricing is sent for my approval usually within minutes of me leaving. I've sold many designer bags, shoes and pieces of clothing with them and have never had issues with their pricing or payouts. I'm very knowledgeable of the market myself and we always see eye to eye on pricing. You can collect your balance at the beginning of each month and they'll have a check ready and waiting for you. Despite absolutely having the knowledge and ability to resell my pieces myself, I choose to work with them because it's such a great experience from beginning to end. Their payouts are at a higher percentage than what I have seen elsewhere, but even if they weren't - I'd still choose to consign with them. Not to mention, they're super fun and just great women to know. I can't recommend them enough!

Sadly I found some non-luxury pieces in their jewelry section: a Kendra Scott necklace next to a wrap bracelet is an odd pairing. Their shoe selection is STELLAR- find your size and go! The gals are always welcoming and friendly - no matter if you're having a bad hair day;) Their prices reflect the luxury pieces. This is not a "priced to move" shop. This is an upscale resale shop. Happy shopping!

If you find an item, just tell the owner what price you are thinking, he's easy to deal with and there are some great deals there. You never know what you'll find there. This place is cramped like your usual thrift shop. I contacted the owner, although he didn't…read moreidentify himself as such over Facebook Marketplace, for a item he posted there. I didn't know that this was a store until I drove up in front of it. This kind of "bait and switch" tactic is something common for shady businesses to drive foot traffic. (The lesson here is *always* street-view an address even if you're running late.) When I contacted him over FB, he never said it was a business or that this item was actively for sale on the floor. Even when I was running late to pick and messaged him *from my car as I was driving there* with a new estimated time of arrival, he confirmed that it was OK and never said it was a business or that he was still lining up other customers. I got there just in time to watch another person arrive to pick the item (that I had driven nearly an hour out of my way to come pick up) because he also arranged a pick-up with her at the same time. This business claims to be a charity for a supported living facility for recovering addicts, which is laudable and the type of business I would love to support. As far as an internet search tells me, Trinity Sober Living is an LLC, not a non-profit. While I'm sure there are many for-profit recovery centers that help people, they are not charities. It's disappointing to see such deceptive and misleading business practices from this owner.
