The customer services that I was afforded by the kind lady who attended to me @ the ' Bureau De Change Desk ' on that very occasion can, perhaps, best be described as being ' exemplary ' in nature. For my parting salvo, even though I had been relieved of a certain amount of Pounds (sterling) for the services that I had requested, more importantly however, I exited the premises with a great feeling of satisfaction. And that is why (without any reservations whatsoever) I would go as far as describing the lady (name unknown) who attended to my needs on this Valentines Day as: ' The Regency Architect - Par Excellence ! Windsor Post Office in Peascod Street is a fantastic, friendly and exceptionally well run and…read moreorganised place. I went there today (4th December) to get some stacks and was greeted by a very helpful and cheerful lady called Esther. She was able to assist me with questions to see if I could save time on queuing. She helped explain the self service areas where she showed me what to do to buy stamps. She was knowledgeable, very pleasant and such a breath of fresh air with her cheerful and care for the customer. A really positive experience - thanks Esther and all the team working at The Post Office in Peascod Street, Windsor.

The post office in Addlestone is dire!…read more Moveed a few years ago to be on the front of the then newly built Tesco, it has about 8 till points, only two of which ever seem to be manned at any given time and this decreases to one till point at peak hours such as lunchtime when you can quite literally queue out of the door. The staff all seem very unhappy with their lot - probably because they have to reguarly put up with people complaining about the length of time they have waited. Life really is too short to go to Addlestone post office unless a complete necessity!
