When dropping off the bikes, the employee argued with customers and made excuses, refusing to take accountability. The end result was discovering that the employee "did not care" about customer satisfaction. SAD!

Brought my bike (full xtr, sram xo, push industries custom tuned suspension) in for some minor…read morework. The work was not completed properly and it was very evident that the bike was not taken out for a test ride prior to returning it to the customer. I returned the bike to the shop a few days later and the issue was resolved. The brake lines and shifter cables that were replaced were poorly reinstalled and barely held onto the frame with only a couple of zip ties, and I had to rectify once a had the bike back home. On top of everything, I was charged for a 'tune up'. There was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong with this bike prior to going in. I'm not sure how they can justify charging for a 'tune up' IN ADDITION to the requested work. AVOID. POOR WORKMANSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
