Our oven is going into it's 3rd summer & is anywhere from 50 - 75 degrees under what we set it at. I've tried calling, no answer. I sent an email, no response... I bought from them that day. That's the way a customer should be treated. Top Line leaves a lot to be desired. Never again!!

It was not an easy space, as the house is over 100 years old, the floors were uneven, and the space was limited. The design person, Kayla, was outstanding in her use of the space. Bob was also involved and did a beautiful job. We are totally happy with our new kitchen, and feel that the price was fair. We pwould highly recommend The Tile Place and Amber Homes. Bill and Maura

My wife and I have worked with DesignLine on two phases of a huge renovation project to our home…read more DesignLine was originally recommended to us by friends and family and after we saw their amazing kitchen renovations we decided to use them. We are over-the-moon happy with the work that they've done for us in all aspects of both projects. Everything from the initial design to the final installation was smooth and communicated clearly. The main reason I would recommend them is their dedication to making you happy with the end result. If there was a little detail I wanted changed it was never an issue. The reaction people have when they walk into our kitchen now and the value we've added to our home made this is no-brainer investment for us. We even brought DesignLine back to add an additional customized cabinet to tie into the rest of our kitchen and that came out perfect also. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for those who want a truly high-end look.

On time, great work, and reliable. However, within 3 months of install, I have two cabinet doors that have paint chipping off of them. They are 12 weeks old and in worse shape than the 13 year old cabinets we replaced. We are a meticulous, adults only household. I reached out to the owner and was told "water is like cancer to the cabinet finish". After explaining that we do not let water sit on the cabinets, I never heard back. A+ for the desiner and install team, but unfortunately I don't think these cabinets are going to last very long. Very disappoinited.

About three years ago, I had a partial bathroom redone through Modern Elegance. I was sold a…read morecustom-made sink cabinet and mirror. They also installed a new sink, faucets, and plumbing for two showers and the sink. The plumber they used (and he only worked for them) had a terrible attitude especially when asked a question. Now we have found a major leak under that sink. Water spouted from the new hot water pipe and flooded the cabinet and floor. Even turned off, the shut-off valve he put in didn't stop the water. We had to shut off the main line and call someone to put in new piping. He showed us how worn the three year old plumbing was. Also the bathroom has a powerful exhaust fan yet the paint job (that was manufactured in the cabinet and mirror) was chipping off. I honestly would not recommend this place for any type of renovations. It's costing us more money to remedy the plumbing problem and to replace the sink and sink cabinet. (Which, by the way was all poorly caulked and black mold was caked on the tile wall when our plumber removed the sink and cabinet. It must have been going on for the past three years.)

Ed thoroughly educated us in the cabinets he offers. He explained how they are all made and where they are made...in the good ole USA. We choose Candlelight Cabinetry, made in upstate NY. Ed introduced us to his right hands, Anthony and Candice. Ed and Anthony came to our home and measured the project. A week or two later we had our proposal and began with our selection. Modern Elegance is a one stop shopping. We were able to purchase our cabinets, hardware, countertops, backsplash, lighting, faucet and appliances* through Ed/Modern Elegance. This showroom has it all. Most importantly, they are Honest, Trustworthy, Listens to their Customers, Punctual, Neat, Cleans up after the job and when they give you a date, that is in fact the date and time. We never felt like any issue we brought up was too much. We appreciated the calm feeling that they had everything under control. We are very happy with the design of our new space as well as the quality and workmanship that went into everything. We appreciated how Vaccaro Brothers went above and beyond with all of the little details to enhance the final project. The crew did an amazing job and were a pleasure to work with. Our project was completed in a timely fashion and we were ecstatic with the outcome. Dana was a huge help In choosing all of the details. She was very patient as we came back time and time again to look at different cabinets, tile, hardware etc. We shopped around extensively prior to choosing Vaccaro Brothers and found them to not only be fairly priced, but an amazing value given the quality of the finished product and the service they provided. We wholeheartedly recommend working with Vaccaro Brothers!
