My insurance company was "Johnny on the spot" and ready to rock to help me get my car fixed and returned me asap, but I preferred to wait a bit and let the other insurance company take care of everything. Located near my house, I'd driven past Studer hundreds of times over the years. I saw great reviews online, so I gave them a shot, and they lived up to the hype! Bob Studer was very professional, friendly, and he expressed his genuine gratitude for my business several times. He explained how they have equipment to scan the car to ensure the electronics for the safety features (blind spot alerts, etc.) were functioning correctly after the body work and later provided me with the report confirming the scan results when I picked up my car. The damage was done on my driver side rear bumper, tail light, and side panel. Bob drove me to pick up my rental car, and I was able to leave my rental car at his shop for the rental company to pick up when I got my car back. My car was dirty when I dropped it off, but washed and shiny when I picked it up. If you ever need body work for your car, I VERY HIGHLY recommend Studer Body & Paint!
