When a comment was made about how this unprofessional George was he then got belligerent and asked us to leave. We left asked for a supervisor to report George to he then lied and said he was the manager but when we asked another employee they said there was someone else. George is not only a liar but unprofessional and can not conduct himself in a manner that we have seen through other enterprises.

Instead of trying to assist us with our rental, he told us to go to other locations because he couldn't be bothered to answer simple questions we had. His lack of professionalism and poor attitude made the entire experience frustrating and disappointing. I've always trusted Enterprise for good customer service, but this encounter really changed my opinion. I hope the company addresses this behavior so other customers don't go through the same terrible experience.

I notified the employee that helped me and was told I would get a $21.60 "discount" if I returned it with a quarter tank. I obviously didn't do that due to the fact that in order for me to achieve this I would most likely be spending close to if not more than the allotted discount I would be getting making said discount a wash or a straight loss. What did they do to remedy this issue, they charged me almost $30 for not dropping the truck off with a quarter tank despite informing them it wasn't received with the "guaranteed" amount of gas and failed to tell me they would charge me for not returning it with more gas than what it had on pick up. If I could get 0 stars would.

Both times they were unwilling to assist me with getting a substitute truck rental or process a refund. Do yourself a huge favor and get a rental somewhere else. The second time this happened I called U-Hall and they were able to get me in a better truck than the one I reserved with Budget, for a lower price, within 20 minutes.

The parking lot is small but it's enough. This location offers storage, vehicle rentals and all sorts of moving supplies including boxes, tape, etc... Unfortunately this location does not offer military discounts. I also like that they have a buy back program for any boxes that you didn't need after all. As long as you keep your receipt/proof of purchase and the box is in good condition, they'll buy it back. Overall great location, great deals, and wonderful employees.

Hauling Heroes really came through for me this past Saturday. We had to clean out my grandma's old…read morehouse so it could close escrow. The city trash contractor was going to charge an exorbitant amount to drop off a larger dumpster that would require a 3 month rental, but it would also take up to 4 weeks for them to drop it off. I called up Hauling Heroes and they were able to drop off a larger dump trailer than the trash container was going to be. They were able to squeeze it into a close space on the driveway next to the garage so we wouldn't have to move all the trash too far. They were also punctual about picking up the trailer as soon as I texted them that we were finished with it. What would've taken over a month to accomplish through the city's trash provider took only two hours on a Saturday. Also, had I had to run all that trash to the dump myself it would've taken me at least 6-7 trips in my pickup truck. Well worth my time and money. Being in the High Desert, it's nice dealing with a company where you know your trash is going to end up at the correct landfill and not down some vacant dirt road on the outskirts of town.
