Worst ever! I've never been so frustrated. Im too upset to even describe the magnitude of how upset I am. Just don't ever go here. Long story short, they sent me to a further location to pick up the rental truck. They told me they were going compensate the miles since they I'm going to a further location. They never did, called main headquarter told them what happen, they told me they were also going to take those miles off and it will be in the "note" and to call the district Penske and tell them to read the note. Called and spoke with Frank, he told me he would call me back because they were busy. Never received a call, called again, no one picks up. I'm done with this company, my first and last!
