This location is no longer open. After being told it was, I drove 88 miles from my destination to…read moredrop a truck off a day early. Upon arrival, I thought it was strange that there were no other trucks. I called customer service to confirm I was at the correct location. Unfortunately, Budget only has customer service from 8-5 CST! It was 5:30 MST. I was transferred to their reservations center and told that I was misinformed. The guy told me that I would have to return the truck the following day as the new drop off location (Fort Collins) was already closed. I advised him that it was 150 miles from my original destination and after driving 500 miles, I was not making another 300 (roundtrip) mile drive. I told him I'd drive it and drop it off that night. He stated that there was no after hours available at the location. He told me that if I did drop it off, I would be liable if anything happened to the truck. I didn't care, I was tired and done with moving. He then transferred me to a "supervisor" but gave no explanation for the transfer. This added fuel to the fire as I was already upset and had to repeat the story. Needless to say, I got nowhere. I drove and dropped the truck off and to my surprise, there was an after hours drop off! Side Note: The whole thing was a mess from the beginning. The truck I reserved was not available to rent even though it let me online. They refused to upgrade me to a larger truck for the same rate. I ended up moving across the state with a cargo van.

They are still in the start up process but the process was very smooth and the equipment top notch. Several campers available for rent and a huge selection of outdoor gear including kayaks and paddle boards for the camp. I seen they also had car hauler trailers for rent on the lot. I would rent from them again.
