I had the breakfast nachos, which I assumed would resemble chilaquiles, but nah, they were legit looking breakfast nachos. They were great!! The pancakes weren't exactly my style, too fluffy, but my friends were raving about them, so I'll say they were good. Wanted pancakes and found PAC about twenty minutes away. Skied thirteen of the last fourteen days and needed something extra this morning. The place was busy. Sunday morning around 9:45. Kudos to the cooks in the back, you pumped out that food! I like how they use Yelp to assist with waiting during busy hours. I was twenty fifth in the queue and my wait time was no more than fifteen minutes to get a spot at the counter. My server was starting her second day. Gave her a couple tips after my meal to improve service for both her and the flow of business. Now for the food! Ordered THE BIG BREAKFAST, and in comparison to some other big breakfasts I have had I would say a good seven out of ten. I am full so the meal did its job. I do not go out of my way to order home fries but I liked these though because there were cubed french fries in comparison. Nothing worth raving about but they personally worked for me. Scrambled eggs were spot on. Fluffy and good consistency. Bacon was brittle like I had asked. Sausage was was ok, was not a fan of it. Pancakes were delicious. I would have been satisfied ordering two tall stacks. Thicker is size which is what I prefer. I would like them to be larger but worked with my meal. When checking in you also get a free order of Penny Puffs. I wanted mine to go but had a couple while they were hot and I look forward to snacking on them later. This is a place I will return to on my next Visit to Utah. I want to explore more but when you find a good spot you will always want to come back. read more

This is just for the bathrooms. There are many Boogers on the walls in the bathrooms. The toilets clean but the grout on top of the sink looks like it's never been cleaned and is growing black and green mold. This can't be good for even a food inspector. Summary: get on the waitlist on Yelp! Mega yummy food, super popular, lives up to the hype, very kind staff, buy their heavenly pancake mix! Researched this place on Yelp and saw that you could get on their waitlist from the app. As we were leaving I saw that the wait posted was 10-20 minutes so I didn't sign up to be in the waitlist until we were 10-20 minutes out but when I sign up we're 40 something on the waitlist. We pull up and there's a line out the door and an hour long wait. Idk what happened with Yelp, if I was reading their wait time wrong, not refreshing their app, or something on their end. Either way make sure to sign up and get on the waitlist way ahead of time (plan for 40-50 minutes on a busy weekend morning/noon). We did some shopping in the area and sat in our car while we waited, when we were number 5 in the waitlist we walked up and they were able to seat us right away! Inside is a pretty standard diner, lots of tables. I checked in on Yelp and we got a free side of penny puffs, which are basically donut holes, vey good and came with a lot more than expected! Waiters were quick and friendly! Coffee was good. The food was absolutely amazing!! My husband got the chicken IN waffle and it was spectacular, I got the pancakes, and they truly live up to their name, heavenly! After our meal we opted to buy the heavenly pancake mix and bring it home, in order to make them you need sour cream. They tasted great at home but of course not as good as at the actual diner. Stopped here on a way to a wedding & loved how fast the service was! A lot of other reviews say on the weekends it is much busier and to get on the waitlist. We went on a random Wednesday morning and there was no wait, but by the time we were leaving it was starting to get busier. I got the French toast, bacon, and side of potatoes. French toast was delicious, potatoes were yummy, bacon was over cooked. When you check in on Yelp you get a free side of Penny puffs which were delicious! I would have never ordered them without seeing the Yelp check in thing, but so glad we did. The prices are hard to beat & again staff was very friendly. I finally understand why this place has long wait times every day of the week. Color me impressed. My friend and I thought that showing up at 9AM on a Friday would guarantee us a quick seat, but there was a 30 minute wait. Luckily, it was just the two of us and they happened to have two seats open at the counter, so we were able to skip the queue. I ordered the Small Breakfast which came with my choice of a sausage link, potatoes, scrambled eggs and a single hotcake. I also ordered a side of a single biscuit with gravy. The sausage and eggs were tasty but nothing too spectacular. Their hotcake, potatoes and biscuit and gravy were off the charts though. The hotcake is made with sour cream, and you can literally taste the difference between Penny Ann's pancakes and your average one anywhere else. Their's have more of a cake-like texture, while remaining soft and incredibly fluffy. An absolute menu must. I'm a huge fan of breakfast potatoes, and some restaurants unfortunately tend to undercook them, which causes an unappetizing sogginess. Penny Ann's potatoes were perfectly crispy and seasoned well. Delicious! The biscuit was absolutely smothered in gravy, which I have 0 complaints about. The creaminess and comforting taste of the gravy, paired with the soft and flaky biscuit definitely hit the spot. I ordered a plate of Corned Beef Hash for my husband, which I took to-go. He ate it hours after it had been put in our fridge, and even reheated and clearly not fresh, he said his food was outstanding. His only complaint would be that he wished it had more on the plate. The ratios were off for him - he said an additional egg and maybe some potatoes would complete the dish, as he had a lot of bites of just corned beef hash and nothing else. All in all, we were very impressed and satisfied leaving the restaurant. We can't wait to come back and try out their lunch menu! read more
