My videos are beyond perfect. The quality was excellent. Exceeded my expectations completely! Pete is super laid back. I'm the type of person who is not a big fan of having someone super controlling. I've been in weddings where the photographers stress the bridal party out with all their endless ideas & poses. He snapped away patiently, while me & 14 bridesmaids bossed him around. lol And he didn't pressure me for more pics when I wanted to end the photoshoot early. He was very zen about everything! Before coming to Cliff Bennett Tax, I had *already paid* another company, consulted with two CPAs and a standard, big box (hmm, big [HR] block) tax preparation company. The company I had already paid got me no where closer to completing my taxes than I could have done myself, and the other CPAs seemed to have no background in handling taxes for an independent consultant. The time, effort, and dedication that Cliff gave to helping me not only do my taxes but do them right, AND help me learn along the way, was BAR NONE. Cliff made the information relatable and pertinent with every example, was personable, and very clearly had ample experience. Given the amount of time he spent with me, I thought his fees were more than reasonable. It's worth writing that you may drive up to office location and think hmmm this isn't what I expected. Don't let that deter you. Come in prepared with your documents and ready to get to work and these guys will get it done! This was my first time using Bennett Tax Services and I wish I could have found them years earlier.

The IRS, DMV, Dentist, Doctor, or job interview, a tax appointment is no different!!! Their office is quite small, & appointments are closely scheduled back to back being TAX SEASON! Cliff & his staff need to be able to concentrate on their client's taxes as they file them, without mistakes & attention to detail. It is not the business's responsibility to expect staff there, to act like a makeshift daycare!!! As any of these disgruntled parents might be reading this, you are already aware, filing taxes can take some time, & by bringing small children to a tax appointment, you purposely delay other appointments that people have that are waiting, simply because you can't or don't want to hire a babysitter! It is not like you haven't experienced challenges with childcare before. So schedule a day when you can leave the kids with a sitter, and if you situation is one where you don't have that option, FILE YOUR TAXES YOURSELF ONLINE!!! Don't bash the business or owners for your own shortcomings! Bennett Income tax service, is an outstanding place when filing your taxes. BEWARE -- I paid $436 and did not receive the services I expected…read more I came to Yelp looking for legitimate legal services and submitted my information believing I was contacting a legal services provider. Maria contacted me almost immediately and told me she could provide the services I was requesting. I paid $436 upfront, which I now regret doing. The very next day, I contacted her to cancel my request. She told me the work had already been completed, even though it was a process I understood would normally take at least a couple of days. When I asked her to email me the completed forms, she instead sent me a blank form--and it wasn't even the correct form for what I had requested. I then asked for a partial refund. She agreed to provide one, but I never received it. I'm sharing my experience so others can be cautious, ask exactly who they are dealing with and what services are being provided, and verify everything before paying upfront. Unfortunately, this was a $436 lesson learned for me.
