Most recently the Heat Pump they sold me broke down. This is a fairly new Heat Pump. When they came out to fix it, there was another problem, so another replacement part had to be ordered. The next one was bad as well. The next replesement part was bad again! At this point I spent almost $1,000 on Labor Charges to fix what looks like a lemon to me. After talking to the the service manager and the general I was told that they would waive the $2.81 Late Payment Fee (which never should have been charged in the first place) but nothing else. Run, don't walk away from this company, I mean what good is an Oil company that can't deliver oil?
