Ordered 2 /10 inch Philly cheese steak with small fries. The amount of filling meat, cheese ,peppers and onions didn't fill the roll. The amount of salt was the only flavor you tasted. A small fry is also tiny had they served it in the cup like they. advertised it. My portion could not have filled that cup. New location in Seymour Indiana needs a lot of training we will not be back. read more

We stopped in for a yummy sub sandwich at Penn Station and it was delicious!!! The workers were nice and polite and got our order to perfection. The only thing I was disappointed about at this store is that every table was dirty (needed wiped down). My bus boy days were over years ago but I managed to get our table wiped down. When we got there they were not busy and there were 6 employees behind the counter that had plenty of time to clean up the eating area. Grrrrrrrrrrr that's when I'm not happy about cleaning a table to sit at. read more

Do not order from Penn Station!! I placed an online order (AND PAID) through their website but supposedly that order never made it to the restaurant. I re-placed the order, and paid AGAIN! The store told me the refund would go through automatically overnight. That didn't happen. I called 3 days in a row, no automatic refund. After an entire week, the restaurant is now telling me they aren't going to refund my money. I have to pursue through my bank. This is despicable!! I'm amazed Penn Station is willing to take the bit to their reputation! They are going to lose customers. You can't knowingly steal from your customers and make the decision that you're not going to make it right! Scumbags!!! read more

Rec'd notification of my order being ready for pick up. When I went in to pick up they tried telling me the order wouldn't be ready for another 30 min! I rec'd notice the order was ready at 7:14pm. The employee tried to tell me they did not receive the order until 7:36pm! The employee is too focused on the number of people waking through the door, freaking out and putting her head down on the counter... Definitely won't be using this service and ordering from Penn Station for pick up again. read more

I have really liked the Penn station food ever since I first tried it 20+ years ago (not this store). Although a little expensive for lunch it is usually delicious. My last visit to the Columbus Penn station was extremely disappointing. I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub and some fresh-cut fries. I received my order after an extended wait (but that was not the problem), and I took it home to eat. Hungry and looking forward to my Penn Station meal I bit into the sandwich to find that the bread was completely saturated with soy source. It was so salty and soggy I could not eat any of it. I threw the sandwich away and ate the fries. If I was not so busy I would have returned the sandwich. What a disappointment! read more

Food here is always quick and fresh. I always love going here if I'm ever craving a chicken parm sandwich . I normally would love a Philly from penn station. I don't get to eat there very often but today I really was looking forward to one. I ordered my sandwich as I am waiting I am loo aro. the place is filthy. I am paying attention to the young man making my food. I've watched him run his fingers through his hair. Has touche his face and mouth, not washing his hands and preparing my sandwich. I informed the manager I want to cancel my order. Not to sure if she even wore gloves. She lied to me and said the young man wore gloves. I pay close attention to peop who prepare my food,he did not wash or were gloves. Very disappointed. This is an excellent representation of the Penn Station brand. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the dining area and restrooms are spacious and clean. The food always comes out perfectly, and if you're a fan of fresh cut carnie-style fries you'll love this place. The Italian is a slightly spicy, strong taste that works well with their excellent bread. The Philly Cheesesteak is another solid choice. read more

Was in there yesterday. Ordered a Reuben and fries. The Reuben wasn't cut all the way through and pulling it apart pulled most of the corned beef out of half of the sandwich, which already seemed messily put together in the first place. The fries were burnt and half of my order of fries were tiny pieces too small to even dip in ketchup. This meal was not even close to being worth the $14 that I paid for it, which is ridiculous for "fast food", but that's another rant. read more

On french fry day, they were giving away free fries which was a nice surprise for our dinner! Also, their chocolate chip cookies are the best! Seriously, grab a couple before you leave! read more

Another regular lunch spot ... All of their sandwiches are great. Good bread, good cheese, good ingredients. I've tried all of their sandwiches, but I've settled into the philly steak sandwich as my usual. The meat cooked to order on the grill is just great. We were told from the start that there was a 30 minute wait for sandwiches...we were in no hurry so we placed the order and waited about 20 minutes. Half of our order came out and we were told the rest would be out shortly. After another 15 minutes I went to the counter to inquire about our order only to find out they haven't cooked it yet and was told it would be another 5 minutes. When the order finally came out the meat on the sandwich was still raw. We requested a full refund and said we no longer wanted the remainder of the food. The manager began slamming things around and never said a word to us only refunded our money, the employee cleaning the tables is the only person to apologize for the issue. After the first time I went to the counter to see about our order the cooks started commenting about how we were inquiring about our order and being very rude. read more

The subs are the worst. The whole experience was awful. We ordered cheese bread without garlic and they put garlic on it. It tasted like cardboard with garlic poured on it. The subs were extremely bad and so expensive it was just too much for nothing good. I would stick to subway if subs was what i wanted. Do not eat there. Penn station is a great place to eat. And the food is awesome! I usually get the Philadelphia(Philly) sub. And I've never had a problem with it. I get everything but the banana peppers on it. But its out of this world!! The staff is always friendly. And the food is served fresh and hot. They've also got fresh fries but their portions are huge so be careful about what size you get. My girlfriend and I learned that one the hard way lol. They also have fresh squeezed lemonade and chocolate chunk cookies that are made that day. They keep the place very clean. And you get your food in about 5-10 mins. Which isn't bad at all. This place is definitely worth the 5 stars. read more

Rudest customer service ever. I go to order and was cut off and told I need a name first. Then, I was told I couldn't use my name because they already had an order with that name..... ok. Instead of being nice to his employees, the manager that had a worker ask a question rudely told the guy he was with a customer and motioned him to move. He then proceeded to roll his eyes and complain to me about "kids these days are so dumb" his words, not mine. At the check out, my receipt was thrown at me and my change was also thrown on the counter. I said thank you and was given no response except mhmm. read more

Super slow for carry out. Don't think they had enough people working. Normally is a good experience but not after a 15 minute wait. And to top it off did not get the order correct and my chicken teriyaki tasted like they dipped the whole thing in the sauce...way too salty! Couldn't finish the sandwich it was so bad.
