I spent many a weekend going back and forth to visit friends and family on these buses. One winter break there was a volunteer group giving away snacks to all travelers. Once I also met a group of prisoners on their way home to Philly. The odds of something ridiculous happening are proportional to how much time you spend. A two hour trip between here and Harrisburg generally is OK, will be filled with other students (not the usual crazies that tend to ride Greyhound) and will generally be on time. Occasionally they oversell tickets so you will be forced to stand in the aisle the whole time or just have to go the next day (so if you are going home for the weekend, you are effectively screwed). The employees here were not rude, the station itself a little bare and a boring place to wait. Still it sure beats walking!!

We were not communicated with about why we were delayed. When the bus driver arrived he was extremely rude to all the passengers. We did not end up arriving at our destination until an hour and a half past the expected time. We never received an apology or an explanation for anything. Very disappointed. They drive by not offering any updates, just watching us stand and freeze at the bus stop waiting and they could care less. One of the first buses I tried to get on (CC Allen/College) the driver shuts the door while I am getting on. The doors close on my shoulders and then I get trapped with the door between my back and my bookbag. I was confused as to what was happening and reacted by saying 'whoa whoa'. The old white racist boomer with gray or white hair and glasses who was driving just looks at me and mocks me by repeating what I said in a funny voice before opening the door. Then instead of apologizing he gives me attitude. And no the not in service sign was not on. If we are lucky they will go bankrupt.

During the 3-day trip, Ahmed was personable and fit in with the group members and interacted with them when he wasn't driving. But most importantly, he was a very safe driver that I could relax with from the front seat. The motorcoach was very clean and well-maintained, and when we got some rain, Ahmed made sure to cover the steps into the bus to avoid slippage. The company is top-notch!

There are not enough good things we can say about this driver and this company. Our agency has been taking motor coach tours throughout the country with a variety of motor coach companies since the late 1970s. I cannot speak of the tours prior to 1992, but, in the last 30 years, I do not believe we had a better bus driver than, Dee or a better motor coach. Dee showed superb driving skills with the ability to get to destinations in a timely manner without sacrificing safety and security. While driving Dee was able to provide a safe and comfortable experience for our travelers. She helped the passengers in all aspects of the trip, even when our chaperones were ill and were unable to go along on some spots on this trip. Dee went above and beyond when the hotel our group was staying at let us down. Dee was polite, courteous, and showed a professional manner with all passengers at all times. She was also outgoing and had a personality that kept our tour lively and fun. In past trips we have had very good drivers and drivers that were very personable, but, Dee provided the best combination of outstanding driving and great customer relations. We hope to use Innovative Coach and Dee in the future, Thanks!

#1 none of the busses I take are ever on time if I get to the bus stop 2 minutes before the pick up…read moretime they don't show up until the next pick up time and if I get to the bus stop 10 minutes early it's always 5 to 10 minutes late. #2 the cata station is by far one of the most dangerous and dirty places in town. There's always people hanging out there begging for change, jumping or robbing other people waiting for their bus and always people hanging out in the smoking area doing drugs and I don't mean smoking cigarettes or marijuana. They are actually snorting drugs or breaking out their needles, lighter, spoons and shooting up shit in their arms and crap. If I have to take my son somewhere I refuse to take the cata bus. If I take the cata bus to get to work I'm always late no matter what time I catch the bus. It is by far the worst public transit I have ever used. Not to mention while I'm on the bus it feels like I'm on a rollercoaster and almost always get a headache or motion sickness. Something have to be done about this crap. It's inconvenient, dangerous and dirty. People should feel safe when riding public transit not feel like they have to look over their shoulders every second they're on it or at the bus station. It's ridiculous
