I ordered mozzarella sticks, a chicken bacon ranch roll, and a small white pizza with broccoli, tomatoes, and ricotta. First, let me just say that delivery was prompt, the food was still steaming hot, and the man who delivered was very kind. These three things are always a plus when you order delivery!! So the mozzarella sticks were perfectly crunchy, really ooey, and came with a side of amaaazing sauce. Chicken roll was ginormous (could only eat 1/3 of it), and had a good amount of meat inside. But the pizza?!?! Oh this pizza was so yummy! The crust was awesome, almost like a jersey bar pie, but thicker. And the toppings tasted really fresh. I was super excited to come home today to leftovers, and really looking forward to ordering from here again :)

The portion size was HUGE and they definitely gave plenty of chicken and bacon! However, I feel like there wasn't quite enough cheese. I didn't realize that there was onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes in the salad, but this is my fault, as the description does state "Garden salad" which I assume would include those things. I ordered the salad with raspberry dressing and it was pretty good! Next time, I think I will try the Caesar Salad. My husband had that and said he really enjoyed his!

I've been a customer at Francesco's for several years, but tonight they lost a customer over…read moresomething that was easy to fix. An order I've placed MULTIPLE times is for 2 Large Margherita Pizzas with pepperoni added to BOTH pizzas, and they've always been made as ordered, except for tonight. The order CLEARLY states, and is recorded the same way on EVERY attached receipt, Large Margherita with Pepperoni, Quantity 2. Tonight only ONE pizza had pepperoni. I called the shop after I got home, and rather than offer to correct the situation, the staff chose to argue the point and tell me that I was wrong, and I should've been charged MORE if I wanted pepperoni on both pizzas. Mind you, there are several pizza shops within 2 miles from my home, but I drive 10+ miles because I preferred Francesco's over the local places. Rather than fix the problem, the staff alienated a long-time customer. I'll be finding a new shop the next time I want pizza.

Their food is fine. The one star is for deceptive practices and customer service. The prices on…read moretheir latest menu and on their website are identical. However, when you call in an order their computer has... "the newer, higher prices that they are going to be charging but haven't had a chance to update on the website or new menus". WHAT?? That's what I was told when I ordered $56 worth of food on the phone and was told my total was $65. I went in to pick-up and showed them their matching online prices and menu prices. That's when they gave me that ridiculous explanation about "new prices due to the pandemic". Those invisible prices that are no where to be seen EXCEPT in their computer. The owner wouldn't come to the counter to speak to me. Instead, the girl at the register went back and forth between me and him with the information and lame explanations. Changing prices is fine but at the very least update your website and don't argue with the customer. You're not the only take-out joint in town. Ultimately I used a $5 coupon and the owner reluctantly reduced the price so, in the end I paid $2 more than expected. We don't order out too often, but when we do it won't be Pizza Town.

I was recently at a soccer tournament in New Jersey and was looking for a local restaurant where I…read morecould take all of my coaches out for dinner. That's when I came across Fratelli's Restaurant, and it turned out to be one of the best dining decisions I've made in a long time. From the very first phone call to arrange a reservation for a large group, the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. Right away, I had a feeling I had made the right choice. When we arrived, we were immediately impressed by the level of service. The staff had prepared a beautiful table for our group, and from start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. I'm disappointed that I can't remember all of the servers' names because they truly did an outstanding job. Every one of my guests commented on how delicious the food was. My chicken dish was outstanding--easily one of the best meals I've had in quite some time. The quality of the food, combined with the exceptional service, made for an unforgettable evening. I can't thank the staff enough for everything they did to make our experience so enjoyable. I hope this message reaches the chefs and everyone working behind the scenes because they are incredibly talented and should be proud of the work they do. I'm not sure when I'll be back in the area for another tournament, but one thing is certain: anytime I am nearby, I will absolutely be making a reservation at Fratelli's. A huge thank you to everyone for providing such an amazing dining experience. If you're looking for a great restaurant, Fratelli's is a must-visit. You will not be disappointed.

I've driven past for years and never stopped by or knew anyone who tried it…read more They Sat our table of 4 immediately even though we didn't have reservations and they had a large private party in the back room. The entrance when you first walk in is a little uninviting. They had a partition screen blocking the view of supplies. It is where you wait when speaking to the hostess. The outside of the building does not do it justice. The restaurant was nicely decorated and clean. All of the servers and staff were friendly and professional. Service was quick. I had the eggplant parm. It came with spaghetti which was ok. I usually substitute veggies or another type of pasta. I just didn't ask for some reason so not sure if they offer that. I really liked the eggplant. It was breaded but still crispy with the cheese and sauce. Their sauce is chunky and a little sweet. It was a really nice portion and took 1/2 home. I tried some of the pasta Al forno with sausage, meatballs, penne, etc. Delicious! I definitely recommend that dish even after just a few bites. The entrees come with soup or salad. The salad veggies were fresh and it was a good size. I tried the pasta fagiole soup but wasn't a big fan. It was underwhelming - lack of seasonings and it could have been hotter in temperature. One thing I thought was odd was our server never asked us if we wanted to order anything to drink. Gave us a pitcher of water and that was it. I know we could've asked if we really wanted soda or tea but just thought it was odd to go right into the food order. Overall I would go back. I think a reservation is good suggestion for the weekend. And they have a gluten free menu if you need it!!!
