Spending over $2k this did not sit well with me. Contacting my sales rep and I was told one would be upgraded and replaced and the other she would contact the installers. That was over a month ago and no communication or response to my attempts to reach out. Apparently they are happy to take your money but not ensure they do a good job or that the blinds are fitted correctly. For the price I don't recommend going through this business.

Update from my last review ph so...so long ago…read more.. Bobby and I have been communicating via text and phone for many months, I moved from NY. We went in to contract sometime last October on our townhouse at Dragas properties in Virginia Beach. Bobby came in to do the measurements about a month ago, told me it would be about 4 wks, it was just about the estimated time for install. Came with all kinds of samples based on the different products I was interested in. Showed me the difference and helped me save some $$. Today was the day!!! They are here! Bobby came in with Matt, his helper to install. He had said the shutters may not be here today with the other blinds but he would install what he had...and to my SURPRISE the shutters came in! YAH!!! They look so great! Price was not to be beat! Bobby and Matt are the ultimate professionals. Meticulously and expertly installed every windows. Kept his word on timeline and they both did a fabulous job! Bobby noticed some issues and made immediate fixes. I think I rated a restaurant 5 star once in my years of reviewing businesses, which otherwise I would never do. I am making an exception here because I am truly happy with the entire process. My nephews are both Marines. Bobby is a veteran so I am very happy to be able to do a tiny bit to support our veterans. I had an old style two bulb light fixture with a square diffuser which had seen its better days. With my recent decorations it stood out like a muskrat in a meercat clan. I purchased a small faux chandelier (called a sputnik) with six arms. I also purchased a set of 15W bulbs for it because the room is smallish, and I didn't want it to overwhelm the space. Mr. Mann came out and without hesitation gave me a fair price and installed it without incident. It was perfect. At first, we thought it might be too dim but after a few weeks with it, I find it is the perfect illumination for the room. Mr. Mann is the consummate professional and is very knowledgeable. We moved in March 2022 with the order being placed like January 2022 during the building process of the home. The wait to install the shutters ONLY was so long. He did not install them until like 8 months after moving in the home. There was a little production delay, but he told us it would only be like 2 months for the delay. During our wait, Steve barely communicated with us. He always said he was doing something with a family member or something strange. IT WAS SO UNPROFESISNAL. I had to contact him for any updates. During installation the shutters were very poor quality as well. Then after this, we had to still wait for or blinds. We literally just got our blinds a few months ago. It is 2025. LOL. It does NOT take that long to get blinds. THAT BE CRAZY!!! I will never get any window treatments and this guy should not be in business. Do not support him! Seriously, don't go here.
