As you can imagine, I was not happy. Much to my surprise, late Monday afternoon, I received a text stating the registration was ready for pickup. This morning, my brother arranged for a friend to drive him there, which took an hour of his time and theirs. Upon arrival, he was handed the registration but there was no required yellow sticker! When he asked for the sticker, he was informed that their courier didn't get one and it would now be ANOTHER 2 to 3 business days to get the sticker. This is simply unacceptable. We could have gone to any number of other places and had the tag back within two business days. We chose this location because it seemed to be most convenient, but this has been nothing short of a MAJOR inconvenience. I would NOT recommend this business to others.

The person who led me to the banker was also an equally unpleasant person.
