Once we got past the issues Mario, Mike and the rest of the Florida Mortgage Solutions team were just outstanding. Word of caution though - make sure you have all your "ducks in a row", are upfront about everything and I promise you Florida Mortgage makes the entire process so easy that you are done before you know it and they will get you a mortgage. Mario was right there taking all my texts and phone calls no matter the day, time or reason even if it was just to tell me over and over and over and over that everything is going fine. Great company, great people and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a mortgage. Be sure to work with Mario and Jennifer they won't disappoint!

As far as numbers go, First Choice offered us the best deal, much better than what we found at traditional banks. And the loan process was a breeze. Julie treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. You could plainly tell that not only was she a seasoned pro, but that she also had our best interests at heart. Huge plus. There is no comparison between First Choice Financial and major banks. It was such a better process than I am used to, I am really kicking myself for not using them sooner. I would highly recommend.

People in the mortgage industry throw around phrases like "dedicated commitment", "superior…read morecustomer service"and "extensive knowledge" without having a clue on how to spell those words, let alone how to achieve them. My wife and I have a combined total of 60 years in the financial and mortgage industries. We have seen and worked with Mortgage Loan Officers who truly do not a have a clue about finance or the complex world of mortgage lending. As we entered into a Real Estate contract for our "dream home", we wanted to partner with someone who shared our values and commitment. On a rare occasion, you interact with someone who "knows their stuff". We were extremely fortunate to find and work with Robin Mattos at Bankers Mortgage Lending. From the very beginning, Robin treated us like "family". I am aware that people use that cliche to death, but Robin takes it to a level that we have not seen in a good many years. Robin believes that customers are more important than commissions or bonuses. My wife and I have been involved in hundreds of Real Estate closings from both sides of the table. By far, Robin is the best in the industry and the rest of the pack are well behind her. Her attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Because of Robin, we did not have to worry or second guess anything. We knew Robin had our backs and her extensive knowledge would address and correct any unforeseeable opportunities while ALWAYS keeping us in the loop. Hands down, Robin was the best "point person" we have ever had the pleasure to partner with. We will miss talking to Robin on a regular basis now that we have closed on our home. She was a breath of fresh air and was extremely personable. If you are in the market for a phenomenal Mortgage Loan Officer who is sincere and honest, then you owe it to yourself to call Robin @ 407-312-8871.
