We were told to arrive at 6:45 am to drink CT contrast for a CT scan scheduled at 7:45 am AND NO ONE IS HERE!!! They are NOT answering their phone or door. Why would you tell your customers to arrive 45 minutes before you open???? And in January I had an ultrasound that NEVER got delivered to my doctor. My doctor had to go find it 3 months after. I will drive across the bridge before I'll ever use Peninsula Imaging again. read more

Ultrasound totally wrong. I've never had my ribs dug in so bad it was the worst thing that I've gone through. Scan shows absolutely nothing wrong but another scan showed all sorts of issues that also correlated with an MRI. read more

I was diagnosed in January 2023 with a brain tumor. Since then I've had 4 MRI's to monitor it. I am extremely claustrophobic. Everyone was very understanding and made me feel very comfortable, to the point that I actually look forward to coming for my MRI. The office staff and technicians are the best! I couldn't get any better! Thank you all and I will be back next year! I would absolutely recommend this office to everyone. read more

I have never dealt with a "professional" business like this. I had an appointment scheduled for today Aug 1 for an mri. I get to my appointment after coming home early from a vacation just to hear that they rescheduled it for the 17th. I have an EMAIL and TEXT message from yesterday confirming my appointment for today. Then I was told by 2 people at Peninsula Imaging that they called my primary to get some paperwork they needed. So I write a very strongly worded email to my primary. When I call Peninsula back about paying out of pocket I am then told that my primary DID RESPOND and that they are waiting for the insurance company to respond. So I have now written angry emails to my primary based on what I was told by 2 employees of Peninsula Imaging. Avoid this place! No one has any idea what's going on and clearly patient care is last on their list of priorities. If 0 stars were an option that's what I would give them. read more

Their staff is very friendly and understanding. They explain everything and make it a comfortable experience.

I had no complaints until now. I had a scan done on Tuesday. My Primary said she still hadn't received the report. It's now Thursday. She usually gets them on the same day as the test. So I called over and explained the situation to someone who answered the phone. She says they were faxed on Tuesday and sounded, quite frankly, like she was suddenly pissed off. I restated that the Primary said she didn't get it. I'm stuck in the middle PI says they sent it. She says she didn't get it. What did they want me to do exactly?? She said she'd fax it over and again then hung up on me. No sorry for the problem. No have a nice day. No nothing. Just BAM. Nasty cow. People are sick. No one goes on vacation and decides to have some imaging done just to mix things up a little bit. It was a necessary procedure. If she hates her job that much I'm sure McDonald's is hiring. read more

I have had several appointments at this location recently and they are always very organized and efficient.

Walked in to schedule an appointment about a week ago, ended up leaving severely disappointed. This facility was recommended to me by a classmate but if the women at your front desk are going to be this rude, I don't know why anyone bothers with this place. What a horrible first impression. The blonde at the front desk was incredibly condescending and talked to me like I was a complete idiot. Asked to speak to who I suppose was the supervisor of the front desk, EQUALLY as rude and not at all accommodating. There wasn't even a line and she acted like I was wasting her time and had a bad attitude. Really disappointed. Hope the technologists that work here are friendlier than these people were. Im a SU student and newer to the area but I will definitely be looking elsewhere for my imaging needs. Maybe think about getting some kinder people to make a better first impression on new patients. read more

Unfortunately peninsula Imogene is the only one in the Salisbury area that accept VA insurance. My gastrologist set an appointment up for me to get images taken on May 3 at 9:30 AM showed up at 9:15 with my voucher from my provider and was told that I was not in the system that VA had not covered it. But I had the voucher and everything was in the computer on the provider side but yet the RODE woman. Told me to go wait in the waiting room which I did 45 minutes later no one came to tell me either I was gonna be seen or to go home. I got up and went out to the front desk and there was no one there, so I left sad way to treat any client but when you're a veteran you expect a little bit of courtesy. read more

Honestly, if there was somewhere else to go (aside from PRMC/Tidal Health, which is worse) I would. This place is like a cattle market. Any place that is this busy tells me that the radiologists don't have the time to truly do good evaluations of many procedures. Their written evaluations are cursory and not anywhere near as detailed or informative as they should be. (Confirmed by one of my specialists, one of the nicest and best physicians ever. He is never happy with the reports from P.I. or PRMC.) Usually, the technicians are quite nice. The one I had most recently was rather cold, but she got the job done. I totally agree with the young lady who said the front desk people could definitely learn some manners and kindness. I never get a welcoming feeling. If that's the way they want to run their front desk, then I guess that's up to them. However, the last time I was there, I attempted to make an appointment for another procedure that I needed to have done. The lady acted like I was really a bother, and told me they were too busy to do that now and I'd have to call on the phone some other time. I understand if they were busy, but her "delivery" could have been a LOT better. Overall, P.I. is pretty much just "OK". The problem is that there is little to no competition in this area, so medical offices don't have to try for excellence. I tolerate some of them for convenience, but in most cases I travel out of the area for care. read more

Horrified by the lack of follow through from the so-called 'professionals' at this facility. My scan indicated a possibly life-threatening condition- the ordering physician was not notified until a full month later! If you value your health, and appreciate prompt follow through with test results, Peninsula is NOT the facility for you! read more
