I checked in early in the morning (around 8AM) and they told me the room isn't ready. I come back at 4PM (the official check in time) and they told me there's no record of me checking in and the room isn't ready. I asked when it will be ready and they can't even give me a time frame, just that it'll be rushed. For a luxury hotel, this is irresponsible and I am tired. They offered nothing - not even some place to relax. Disappointing. Edit: Thank you Esme for helping me and giving a fuller explanation. GOOD: Great pool area and breakfast BAD: Early check in not available. Cum on the couches in rooms 904 and 922. Gross. I ended up cleaning the couch in 904 (and keeping the room) because it had the better view. Price tags on shampoo bottles, robes, and everything in the room. Cheap. $60 FHR breakfast credit -- cheap. FHR credits exclude gratuities -- cheap. Mattress -- fine. Bathroom lightbulbs -- out. No turn down service -- you have to place a phone call to request it. Cheap. The worst hotel lobby of any 5 star hotel I have been to. Massive check in area and a small spot with couches -- strange. The weird skinny hallway that leads from check in to the rooms, the convention space(s), and the dining options appears to be a repurposed service hallway. Cramped, poor taste. OVERALL: The whole experience felt like the tail end of the Pre Cameo Mr. C's hotel experience in Beverly hills. Moderately appointed, yet unremarkable. Back to basics: cum on the couches....? Perhaps a room upgrade or dining credit? If management were not so cheap, associates would feel empowered to pamper and provide solutions. It's a Pendry. I guess I'm doing reviews of hotels now? At least the ones that stand out for me, starting off with Pendry.. Pendry is located at the heart of Gaslamp. It is walking distance to Petco Park, amazing restos and bars. Its own resto, Provisional Kitchen, is in itself above average in terms of quality and flavor. So, having them cook up your in room dining order, expect very good food! Service is excellent! Valet as others mentioned is steep at $70/day. But, if you didn't bring your own car, the ride and drive program is your best bet. Cadillac is their official sponsor and you can get a loaner free of charge for 4 hrs/day on a first come first served basis. We took the 2025 Cadillac Escalade for a spin on our last day. We got a free room upgrade at the top floor. The room space is a little tight but the layout was well thought of and they maximized every inch of space there is. Just be warned, the shower is next to the bedside with only a white curtain to cover, thus guests need to consider room allocations when travelling with a group/family. The bed is on the firm side with pillows being not too soft nor too firm which is good for back and side sleepers. My only gripe is that you don't get a fridge, technically there is one in the room but everything in it is for purchase. There is also no microwave, but it has become common with fine hotels, no surprise there. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will be looking for Pendry in future destinations. read more

~Arrival~ The lobby is separated into two different areas, one with the check-in counter and the other with several lounges and couches to relax in. There are several restaurants and bars connected to the hotel and you can walk through them to reach the lobby but for the most straight-forward path, enter through the doors with the valet stand. My first impressions of the hotel were good. The lobby looked sleek and modern and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Normally, check-in is at 4PM but since we booked through Amex FHR, we were able to check-in earlier. Check-out is normally 12PM but we were able to extend to 4PM due to FHR. Once we got our keys we headed up to the room and noticed that the hallways looked old and the carpets were dull. A sharp contrast to the lobby. ~Room~ We booked the King Bed City View for two people. The aesthetics were, again, a sharp contrast to the hallways. Everything looked nice and clean and the giant mirror above the headboard made the room feel bigger. Housekeeping had also placed some dark chocolate squares on the dresser for us. The layout was pretty typical but there were some things that I had an issue with. First off, the shower is completely visible to the entire room unless you wrap a curtain around the space. I wonder if the design was to make it feel more spacious without any closed off parts of the room but if the curtain is always going to be up, then what was the point? Second, the positioning of the TV is great if you're sitting on the bed but terrible if you're at the desk since it's right above it. What if you're eating room service at the table but also want to watch something while you eat? In terms of comfort, the bed is comfortable and the sheets were nice. The pillows were way too soft for me and I had to stack two to be comfortable but that's just a personal preference. Lastly, even though we booked a City View room, I didn't think the views were that great. Being on the 10th floor is higher than some of the surrounding buildings but not high enough to see much more than that. ~Amenities~ Rooms come with the typical amenities: hair dryer, safe, and coffee maker. There was also a handheld steamer in the closet. The TV has Google Cast and our room also had a small JBP speaker at the desk. Wi-Fi was included under the amenity fees. Each room also had AC but it's not subtle. If you can sleep with white noise, it's perfect but I would wake up several times in the middle of the night whenever the AC turned back on. There's a refrigerator but it's filled with drinks to purchase, leaving no room for leftovers. These are pressure sensors so make sure you don't pick anything up unless you're going to purchase. If you need water, there are two carafes that will be refilled each day by housekeeping, or you could take it down to the gym to refill. Speaking of the gym, guests can use their key cards to access the fitness center and the pool. Although we stayed in the winter, we checked out the pool area and soaked up some rays while a DJ was spinning. It seems like there's some events every now and then and although the space isn't too big, there weren't that many people. ~Logistics~ Located in Gaslamp, the hotel is right in the center of all the action. It's perfect if you have plans of bar hopping or clubbing since everything is walkable. But parking at the hotel is so expensive and we ended up parking at the Horton Plaza, which was considerably cheaper. When we visited, the Pendry was charging $70 a night for valet parking! And since it's in downtown, all the streets will have limited metered parking so that's not very feasible if you're staying for the weekend. Another downside is the noise and even being on the 10th floor, I was able to still hear city noises like sirens and cars honking. It's faint but noticeable. ~Conclusion~ Overall, the Pendry is a solid hotel to stay at. You're definitely paying a premium for the location but you'll be surrounding by lots of great restaurants and bars. The amenities and facilities are also pretty good and I liked that the pool hosted several events during our stay. I just wish the views from our room were a bit better but other than that, I enjoyed the weekend here! read more

The Pendry San Diego is a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Gaslamp District of San Diego. It's well-located near Petco Park, the bars in Gaslamp, Seaport Village, and SD Convention Center. Rooms are on the smaller side, but they're thoughtfully decorated and quiet. Our room had great city views with tons of natural light. Beds were very firm, but linens were very comfortable. I'm not really a fan of when you can see through the shower in the bedroom, particularly with the white out curtains positioned on the bedroom side, but it does make the room feel bigger and it looks nice. There is no fridge or bathtub in the regular rooms, and the room is full of expensive minibar options. Bathroom lotions/soaps smelled really nice and felt premium. Service was friendly. Parking is valet only for $65/day and we had no issues with going in and out of the hotel. There are several bars and restaurants located on site; however, my experience with them was so-so (refer to my reviews for Lionfish and Provisional Kitchen). The Pendry is a great hotel to consider for AMEX and Chase credit card benefits as you can get substantial discounts and perks by booking this hotel through those cards' credit card travel sites. As a Chase Sapphire Reserve card holder, I was able to get $150 off, $100 resort credit, $60/day for breakfast credits, and early check-in/late check out. Overall, I think that this is a really nice resort and it's one of the best in downtown San Diego. It's pricey, but the location, service, and amenities are worth considering coming here. read more

Loved staying at this hotel through Cap1 premier collection. Upon checking in, they already know you're booked under Cap1 reservation so they give you a piece of paper that tells what your benefits are. Love the breakfast for 2 credit $60 and $100 experiential credit which you can use towards 3rd and 4th person for breakfast or at the bar. Food at the restaurant was great but MAKE SURE to book a reservation through Open Table for this. The guy who assisted us when checking in did NOT mention this and we only found out when we came down to reception desk late night and found out through another employee and by this time, only available time slots were 7:30 and 11:30! I did not like the guy who helped me checkin overall besides this issue. However Logan, a staff who works around lobby around (young late teen or early 20's) is very attentive and just ready to serve your needs. He helped us getting some ice during checkout but could not tip him as I didn't have cash on me. I should've paid him via Venmo. Amenities are good but the pool is tiny as it's on the 3rd floor of the building in the middle of city. The bed is very comfortable. We had 3 people and they do offer free rollaway bed. Parking is $70 but you can park about 3 small blocks away at ABM Parking lot NW corner of Second and J Street for $35 for 24-hours and $25 for 12-hr block. Perfectly situated in the heart of Gaslamp District, this boutique hotel met many of our needs. Husband and I had a show to attend and wanted a little staycation before the year ended and found this hotel online. Our room was a one king bed, very comfy. Shower room is exposed on 3 glass walls but there is a curtain. Bathroom is filled with bath amenities so no need to pack! Careful how you open the no host bar. We accidently moved some bottles around just to use the cooler for our food and was charged (we explained and it was reversed) for a bunch of items! Bring your own cooler, lol! Enough dresser and closet space for his and hers wardrobe. There is room service, however, we opted to walk around the city for our meals. There are awesome restaurants around our hotel. There's a CVS across the street if you need any additional toiletries, aspirin, etc. Pendry has a great restaurant next door, Provisional Kitchen. The pool is located on floor 3, through the spa and fitness center. We were super lucky that warm and sunny December day to enjoy the pool. You can order food and drinks at the bar for your lounging pleasure. Water is available too, so hydrate! I personally like our room which faces Sixth Avenue, it's quiet. Room was fairly quiet. There is a flat screen in room for your viewing pleasure. Valet cost $ 65 per night, unless you want to find a nearby parking structure. Too much trouble for us so we opted for valet. Service is polite and helpful. Would definitely return for some more R & R. read more

We were in town for Dia De Los Deftones for the weekend and wanted to try a new hotel that was walking distance to Petco Park. We found the Pendry and had an excellent experience! Lorie gave us a warm welcome and checking in took no time at all. Her dinner suggestions came in clutch given our 2 1/2 hour drive from Los Angeles. We were able to get our luggage up to our room with ease thanks to David. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was strong. We had a daily $60 breakfast credit that we used for their restaurant, Provisional Kitchen. Their breakfast selection is solid. Their coffee and matcha, delicious. We did experience a hiccup the Friday afternoon that we were there. A staff member was rude to one of our best friends that we were meeting at the front of the hotel. I did not get his name but it was a man with curly dark hair. This was a bummer to hear, because the Pendry staff had been exceptional until then. Returning the same night. My best friend let me know that the same staff member who was rude made amends. He did not explicitly apologize and claimed he was from New York, so that should have explained his sense of humor? I don't know. My best friend accepted the olive branch, and as long as she was good, I was good. We ate breakfast at Provisional Kitchen twice more, and the staff were terrific! Pendry Hotel SD was in a great location and was an overall great experience staying there. Its located right in the Gaslamp area, so you have access to so many bars, restaurants, and more. Although, the Pendry itself has plenty of excellent options, which I did review in other posts. Nason's Beer Hall, Provisional Kitchen, Lion Fish, etc. There is also a Farmer's Market right outside the hotel doors on Sunday morning/afternoon, so very fun to walk around after breakfast. The hotel lobby is not anything fancy or grand, but the employees were all very friendly and helpful. PSA: the valet is $65 (OMG), but not surprising due to location. The elevators are right next to check-in, and they were never very crowded. We were told we got upgraded to a city view, which was very nice but the room was on the smaller side and it had the weird sliding bathroom door. Also, there was no fridge in the room, but staff did bring us ice quickly when requested. Bed is firm and very comfy. We went to the gym, and that was smaller but perfectly equipped with nice cardio ellipticals, treadmills and bikes. They also give apples and almonds, such a nice touch. The pool was great too (although when we were there, a kid pooed in the water, so they closed it for 4 hours). They have a nice bar with plenty of tables and chairs. The cabanas were meh - lots of stains and rips on the furniture. The furniture around the pool was much better. They have thick cushions and these almost bed-like chairs. Having the great restaurants and bars, and the location make this hotel top of the list for me. read more

Did a one night stay using AmEx FHR and it was a great experience. Every employee I encountered was very professional yet cordial. Valet is $70 now and FHR credit is no longer applicable for valet. Did not receive a room upgrade. The pool view rooms are great (the pool view is whatever but the city scape you're facing is pretty cool). Also, surprisingly, the pool area noise is moderate enough and the hours are short enough that it's never disturbing. Had an issue with a vocal couple in a neighboring room going at it all day all night though but a call to front desk had them quiet down quickly. If you were the couple staying in 723 on 03/08/26... you got interesting rhythm and vocalizations. My room was clean and comfortable and WiFi was strong enough to work and stream. Room sizes are somewhat American compact but after mostly staying in Japanese hotels last year, the rooms are huge. The shower is set up voyeuristically though with a curtain for you to draw. Location was also great. I'm not a big fan of downtown-y areas but staying here reminded me that I'm just skewed by how not pristine LA's been in a long time. Yes, there are a few homeless people scattered around Gaslamp but kind of just a few, scattered individuals who seem pretty chill and mind their own business or ask for change outside of 7-11? Plenty of dining options attached to the hotel and local options walking distance. Would stay again. read more

Loved the hotel but had some absolutely terrible customer service. Stayed there the day after Thanksgiving thanks to a great nightly rate on the Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts program. My stay came with free breakfast and $100 food & beverage credit, so I got to work right away getting drink at their amazing Fifth & Rose cocktail bar. The next day I had a late start and got a breakfast burrito from the pool bar to enjoy in my room while I worked and enjoyed the late checkout. Asked when I checked in about leaving the folio open past checkout and they were happy to do so, so I was able to come back and have a light dinner at Lionfish and another drink at Fifth & Rose to use up my credits. That's where the bad customer service began. I was charged three different line items on my folio as sent to my email. Not understanding this, I finally put aside some time to send them an email to understand why I was being charged. After a long delay, I was responded to explaining that they messed up and didn't apply the credits correctly. I don't see how that would happen considering they went over all of this at check-in, so I had to take up my time to fix there error. Great chance for them to do something nice and waive the ridiculous amenity fee for the wasted time, but they didn't. And they charged the amenity fee to the wrong card, which I emailed back and never heard back about. Crickets. Finally called in today to try to get that person on the phone and all I could get was the front desk. Had to explain from scratch what the issue is, and the guy puts me on hold for 15 minutes to see if they could waive the amenity fee. Oh, that's nice, I was just calling to switch the card. 15 minutes later, "Sorry, we can't waive it, anything else?" I said 3 more times yes I need to switch the card let me know when you're ready for the number before his lightbulb finally turned on and he took the number from me. Hopefully this is the end of the billing debacle. For the price they charge their customer service on the backend should be WAY better than this. For me to have to follow up 2 or 3 times a month after my stay is just crazy, and if I was working there I'd be like oh man we gotta make it right and comp this guy's amenity fee since we screwed up. Nope! Oh well, lesson learned, stay at another property next time I'm in town. read more

Stayed at Pendry San Diego and it's one of the best hotel experiences in Gaslamp if you want energy and luxury in one place. The design is modern, warm, and upscale without feeling cold. Rooms are spacious, beds are extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms feel elevated with high end finishes. Everything feels polished. The rooftop pool is a vibe during the day, and at night the hotel turns into a social scene with multiple bars and restaurants downstairs. It's lively but still feels controlled and well managed. Location is perfect if you want to walk everywhere in Gaslamp. Restaurants, nightlife, and the marina are all close. If you're looking for quiet oceanfront relaxation, this is not that. Just checked in and already loving our experience!! Came for the early check-on at 12pm with AMEX and got upgraded to Skyline view for my birthday trip!! Room wasn't ready immediately but totally okay as they will text u when it's ready and we had time to grab lunch outside. The valet parking is prompt and convenient at $65/night. Love our view of ocean and city on 12th floor!! Blown away we got this!! They provided extra water bottles and even a knock at the door for Welcome amenities of Fiji water and boutique chocolates. The bed is big and comfy, bf already napping. The shower is spacious with ceiling spout and i love the smell of the MiN New York toiletries line, it smells spicy, woody. The towels r so nice and dont get all soaked immediately. Robes are soft and plush. They have a beautiful bar wardrobe with mini bar and snacks. Location in gaslamp district is very happening. I went to Comic-Con a couple weeks ago to promote a TV show I've been working on, and our team got put up at the Pendry. I have small kids at home and decided not to stay overnight, but I did end up using the hotel as a sort of home base for the day. The location was great for Gaslamp purposes, including proximity to the Convention Center. We got a ride to Comic-Con, which took about 45 minutes, and I was somewhat stunned to discover that the walk was less than ten. The lobby was attractive and modern and there was some kind of pre-Comic-Con hospitality area on the lobby level, where we gathered and had access to various snacks and mints and travel-size conveniences. I don't know who set that all up, but in any case, it was nice. I did end up spending a couple of hours in one of my colleagues' empty rooms, and I was grateful to have the quiet space go myself, even if I wasn't staying the night. I had nothing to do until a late dinner, and my phone was all but dead from catching Pokémon and running around the Convention Center. The room was comfortable and well decorated, though it was in a weird second-floor corridor that seemed like it was probably used for something else before being converted into guest quarters. I relaxed and left the golf on the TV in my absent co-worker's honor. Next time someone offers me a free night at the Pendry, I'll think really hard before declining. It's a great hotel option if you have things to do in the Gaslamp. read more

As a mom seeking a restful night away, I was disappointed that maintenance issues seriously disrupted my sleep and comfort. The room's alarm went off at 6 a.m. (not set by me), and without blackout curtains, I couldn't fall back asleep. Additionally, the shower had a leak that left the carpet wet between the shower and bed, creating a musty smell. I mentioned both issues at checkout and was told maintenance would be notified. The positives: Beautiful decor, excellent toiletries (I bought some!), a gorgeous clean pool, and wonderful room service with full table setup. Tips for other moms: Check the alarm clock upon arrival, bring an eye mask, and check for wet carpet near the shower before unpacking. This hotel has potential but needs better room turnover procedures and maintenance. read more

This is a very nice boutique hotel in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter. It's walking distance to Petco Park, the Convention Center, and Seaport Village. We visited my nephew and his family here when they were in San Diego. The first floor entrance lobby and the reception area are well-appointed with high ceilings and windows. I really liked seeing the fireplace opposite the front door. The restaurant Fifth & Rose is to the left when you enter, separated from the lobby by a glass paneled wall. Do not book this hotel if you are planning on using American Express Platinum Fine Hotels & Resorts (FHR) credits. What should have been a relaxing stay at a prestigious, $350+ per night hotel turned into a nightmare of deceptive billing and outright fraud. I stayed here for two nights under the Amex FHR program, which offers a daily $60 breakfast credit (for two) and a one-time $100 experience credit. We planned to use the $100 credit toward the $65/night valet parking. Instead, Pendry seems to purposefully manipulate these credits to squeeze extra money out of guests, assuming they won't check their statements. Misapplying Credits: We ate at Provisional Kitchen both mornings. Our bill was roughly $42, which I rounded to $60 with tip, well within the daily breakfast limit. Instead of using the dedicated breakfast credit, the hotel applied these charges to our $100 experience credit. Lying About Charges: When I caught this error at checkout, the front desk claimed our breakfast actually cost more than $60, necessitating the use of the other credit. When I demanded to see the receipts to prove this, they refused, claiming they couldn't access them and it would "take a few days." Surprise Fees: After pressing for a manager, they admitted the "mistake" and agreed to apply the $100 credit to parking as originally intended. Suddenly, a new invoice was generated. While the first invoice showed standard parking ($65), the new invoice mysteriously included an additional random $25 parking fee. Their excuse? "Maybe a friend visited." We only had one car, valet parked at check-in and retrieved at checkout. It was nonsense. To de-escalate, the manager promised to waive all parking fees due to the inconvenience, leaving me responsible only for resort fees. I left with a final invoice reflecting this. However, days later, my credit card was charged for everything: the full parking amount, the breakfast, the resort fees, plus duplicate charges of $65 and the random $25 fee again. They hit my card for roughly $377 in unauthorized charges. When I called for a detailed explanation, they refused to disclose anything, stating they need to "speak to accounting" and require 48 hours just to figure out why they charged me multiple times. This is not a mistake; this is a pattern of predatory behavior. I am reporting this fraud to the Federal Trade Commission and the California Attorney General. Check your invoices and credit card statements carefully or better yet, stay somewhere else. read more

Nice stay overall here for several days got some meetings. Service is very courteous for the most part and I didn't have any issues. Located centrally in the gaslamp district. A friendly note - make sure you video the area where you park on all signage including temporary ones or lack there of especially on the ground. This will help you prove your innocence in case you get towed because of improperly placed temp event signs. The city has strict policies and you can win your case (which I did) for any citations and tow charges if you have enough proof. The grand jury in April 2025 found that it is a known issue that temp signs by event hosts are often not placed in a timely and visible manner per the city's own guidelines. read more

I was very underwhelmed by the room and hotel. To have an 11th floor with a view of the bay at that price per night I expected a little more. Great stay at the Pendry! The bar was excellent -- cool vibe, creative drinks, and good energy. The rooms were modern and interesting, and the shower was fantastic. Plenty of snacks and drinks available in the room (for a price, of course). The breakfast restaurant was a little hard to find -- I had to ask where it was -- but it was worth it once I got there. Breakfast was fantastic with both my steak and eggs cooked to perfection (folks rarely get over medium eggs correct). Nice decor, comfy pillows, and an amazing view overlooking Petco. Cons: No room slippers, which seem to be standard at other luxury hotels. The exhaust fan was not functioning. Nice hotel, smack dab in the Gas Lamp District. Easy, walkable location. Pool area is smaller than expected and there was no one there. Granted it's probably more "off season" and a weekday when we went to the pool. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the Pendry to choose from. Overnight parking is pricey $65 per night. Thought that was a little steep. Concierge service with the free loaner of a new Cadillac was a huge plus and we used it twice, rather than uber. Loved this feature. This is a chill spot, seems too not have a flooded pool of kids! I don't mind them but sometimes you just want to chill. The pool is super small but the atmosphere makes up for it. It's more like a lounge spot, not ideal for swimming. I had their chicken sandwich recommended by the waiter and he wasn't wrong. Typically don't eat the entire sandwich and almost finished it. Get vine and a 9oz lol just saves from getting two drinks at a single drink price! I'm not sure who watches 90day fiancé and knows about Jamal and Rob? They were there and looks like they were filming an event I'm not sure but such a good time and eye candy lol. Good times just chillin and enjoying the sun. read more

This place is so wonderful!! My husband and I booked a room to celebrate getting married, so earlier in the day we got married. Check in was so seamless and they congratulated us for getting married. The room had a pretty view and the shower was gorgeous too, comfortable bed. When we got to our room we came to the beautiful surprise of champagne with luxurious chocolate and we really got the 5 star experience. We had to do valet parking since it is in a busy location but it was a great spot because we got to walk to a nice restaurant for dinner. Definitely want to come back here for a celebration like an anniversary! read more

Blown Away by Our Stay at Pendry San Diego! My husband and I have stayed at the Pendry Newport Beach a few times, but we were absolutely blown away by our experience at the San Diego location. Our staycation started on a high note thanks to Lorie at the front desk. She was sweet, welcoming, and truly a gem--something that feels rare in hospitality these days. Her kindness set the tone for the rest of our stay. With six dining options on property, we were spoiled for choice. Lionfish was a standout--the coastal vibes, amazing food, and exceptional service made for a memorable dinner. Huge thank you to Nikki and Ryan for taking such great care of us! Breakfast at Provisional was another highlight--delicious and beautifully presented. We spent our afternoon lounging by the pool. While the service was a bit on the slower side, everyone we interacted with was kind and accommodating. The rooms were spotless and the bed was so comfortable, we genuinely didn't want to leave. Stayed here with my group for a conference. From the moment you pull up to the hotel it's top notch service. Valet greeted us right away as did the front desk. The rooms are first class. The bar downstairs has some great drinks. Will definitely be coming back, they make you feel at home. read more

Came here with the wifey to escape parenthood for a couple days. Booked through our Amex Platinum points and couldn't be happier with the ease of checking in from the front desk team. Great energy from beginning to end (check out) was extremely positive and helpful. The late check out was also a great feature (4PM). Very cool free drink upon check in with a password at the bar! Great idea to kick off a child less stay. haha. The Pendry is located in such a great area of SD that you literally can walk around to get anything from coffee, food, shopping, entertainment/bars, etc. Loved our stay and will surely be back! Literally only negative was you have to go down to the bar for ice as there are no ice machines. We'll be back for sure though! read more

I came for a pool event, and was kinda turned off by them not allowing you to bring even water, as that day was record breaking heat! Anyways, the rooftop pool was decent (if the view was of the ocean and not an old building would have been better) Shoutout to DJ Buza who was great, kept me dancing! The drinks were good, but the fish taco I ordered was trash. It was great they came 3 to an order, but they used flour tortillas, the fish wasn't good, they only put guacamole on just 2 of my tacos and barely any pico. I wasn't even able to ask for extra salsa as the waitress never checked back with us. Overall, the pool was refreshing on an extremely warm day, they had a great DJ, but the service definitely needs improving. read more

This hotel was swanky. I got upgraded to a suite bigger than apartments I've lived in and had delicious chocolates on my pillow and everything and everyone I interacted with were top notch and friendly. My only tiny complaint would be that the maid touched my tooth brush. Even though I put it to the side where they didn't need to touch it, they moved it. Please don't ever touch peoples toothbrush's. Had a lovely 1 night stay at the Pendry. Food options and location were fantastic. Rooftop pool was serene and poolside service was good. Didn't have time to try the spa but looked comprehensive.
