I first discovered them back in September of 2018 and their service and efficiency was the best I had ever experienced. After my first experience with, Jessica Rossi and the rest of the Shaheen Law team, I gave them all my other deals. I was so glad I did on my latest deal! I was buying 7 duplexes. They had to all close at the same time or the deal would not close. The lender I chose for these 7 deals, provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Jessica Rossi provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. It was like a battle of good and evil. The Lender dragged it out for 6 months! They kept finding ways not to fund. meanwhile; Jessica looked for ways to reduce my cost by getting me a better price from within and from other vendors in appreciation of my business. Jessica assisted the lender where ever she could. The second she needed anything from me, she would ask for it. The second I asked for a document or an explanation from her, she would email it to me. When finally, the lender was ready to "Clear to Close" the loan, Jessica worked non stop for 2 days helping the lender get the figures correct.
