My husband suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury, and having these attorneys with their high level of expertise with TBI was instrumental in winning our case. We thank Kevin Sharp and Carlton Bennet for being there and getting us through the most difficult period of our life.

A brief (within a maximum of 15 minutes) initial conversation with Atty. Byler, thirteen (13) to/from correspondence with Robyn, secretary and less than one (1) hour meet/greet and sign with Atty. Johnson, hardly constitutes this amount of time. Per their invoice, that would equate to 2.5 hours each day, with noted discussion. We don't have that much in total assets. When the "Draft" documents were emailed to us, I had to send back corrections to include ANOTHER PERSON'S NAME throughout the documents and incorrect information regarding specifically requested will instructions that were noted in our exploratory paperwork. Needless to say, we would never use this Firm again. They are extremely expensive for the quality and serve we received! I could have completed an online will document and filed in the Court for a small fraction of what we were charged!

They've been there for years and our interactions have always been good. When I was injured they took the information, contacted the doctor's offices, insurance company, and etc. Once I sent the details of the accident they handled everything while I focused on recovering and getting my life back in order. An accident can throw everything out of whack unfortunately. But they helped take the pressure off, and were honest about what to expect!! Depending on if you need physical therapy and doctors visits, will determine when you receive your settlement. The case isn't closed until you feel you've recovered. That could take some time. So don't expect a fast turnaround in every situation. It all depends on the circumstances of your case. They kept me in the loop, and followed up with me occasionally to let me know what was going on. I always use them, and will continue to. Hopefully no one hits me in the future, I've had my share of accidents unfortunately. They also had an event at a local brewery for all their ambassadors. From the very beginning, Mr. Pfeiffer was patient, kind, and compassionate as he listened to our situation. He made us feel like our case was being handled with the utmost care and importance. His assistant, Beverly, was equally wonderful. She was incredibly attentive when it came to handling the necessary documentation and keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Both she and Mr. Pfeiffer took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure we understood what was happening with the case and what we could expect moving forward. When it came time to determine how we would approach court, Mr. Pfeiffer was transparent and honest about what he believed was the best course of action, as well as the possible outcomes. Because of his communication and preparation, my wife and I walked into the courthouse feeling informed, prepared, and confident that we were in good hands. Upon our arrival, Mr. Pfeiffer informed us that he had been able to get both the refusal and obstruction charges dropped. He also let us know that my wife would serve no jail time and would receive only a minimal fine. Given the seriousness of the charges she had initially been facing, the relief we felt in that moment was indescribable. I can say with complete confidence that I highly recommend Mr. Pfeiffer to anyone facing a similar situation. Choosing him to represent my wife was one of the best decisions we could have made, and we could not have been more grateful for the outcome. Thank you, Mr. Pfeiffer. You helped take one of the most difficult and frightening situations of our lives and turn it into something we can learn and grow from, rather than something that could have gone in a complete opposite direction if we did not have you.
