The wonderful people at Innovate listened to my laundry list of concerns and set out to help me get my life back. Every session was tailored not only toward meeting my long-term goals but also to what was going on from one day to the next, if one area needed more attention or if another needed to rest. The entire experience was so personalized, attentive, and caring. I worked mainly with Loretta and Jenifer and always knew I was in good hands no matter who my appointment was with. I am thankful to the staff at Innovate for believing I wasn't "unfixable", and for the strategies I can take with me to keep the pain from coming back. I absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for physical therapy in the Bellevue area.

My previous OB/GYN had dismissed my abdominal pain as "probably just cramps" but it wasn't cramps and it never went away for months. It got worse and worse. I felt that I probably needed a second opinion, so I scheduled an appointment with the Physicians Clinic Women's Center. My first appointment with Dr Lange was such a relief. I felt vindicated. She listened to me, took me seriously, and when I was done describing my problem, she immediately sent me over for an ultrasound. She found that I had a massive dermoid cyst on one of my ovaries. She scheduled a laparoscopic surgery and took out the fist-sized ovary through a tiny incision in my belly button. Upon biopsy, it was found to be cancerous and had just recently turned malignant. It hadn't had time to spread yet. She explained everything to me in great detail and made sure that I understood all that she was telling me entirely. She is attentive, kind, and compassionate. The funny thing was, she was really stoked about the tiny belly button incision healing perfectly and leaving no scarring. I honestly couldn't have cared less about whether I had a scar or not! I was just happy to be alive! This amazing Dr. saved my life! I have been a patient of hers ever since and I definitely recommend her without a doubt to anyone who is looking for an OB/GYN.
