We were helped by Sale's Associate Maria, who was friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. We decided to get one of the newer models with the swiveling screen, larger tablet, and teacher-controlled resistance levels. The reason I've docked a star is because we were assured that purchasing through the the showroom would have been faster than online, but that turned out not to be the case. After purchasing, you still have to set up a delivery date, which for us turned out to be about 2-3 weeks later, as we didn't have the option to immediately schedule. We would have appreciated a more accurate estimate of our potential wait. I get that the sale's folk get a commission and want to make a sale, but lack of transparency breeds mistrust. Overall, we are enjoying our bike, and don't regret our purchase. If you're on the fence about whether Peloton is right for you, stop in to give it a ride! I took it out on the ocean trails for its inaugural ride this morning and it's an incredible machine.
