The nail salon is decorated in such a classical-whimsical way that just made me feel so comfortable. Treated myself to the First Lady Pedicure which was done by Morgan. This was seriously the very BEST pedicure I have ever had in my life---Morgan took her time and was meticulous with each step of the manicure. Also had a fill-in with Jennie and she did an amazing job on my nails...She not only listened to my concerns about my cuticles but did exactly what I asked without question. The minute I opened the door I received a friendly greeting and was seated for a pedicure. I had a couple of special requests and the technician listened carefully and did exactly as I requested. The technician was very attentive and communicated throughout the procedure to ensure that I had no pain or discomfort. This was by far the most pleasant pedicure experience that I have had, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. I did withhold the 5th star because the floor needed to be swept (a lot of nails and other debris), but the technicians sat in the massage chairs looking at their phones when they had no customers rather than attend to the floor.

I called to book a deep tissue massage for 50 minutes, with the massage you can use the pool and facilities before or after your treatment. The spa has a very relaxing vibe and was very comfortable. I arrived about 30 minutes before my appointment. I had a short wait since there was only one person at the front desk and there were helping other clients at the time. When it was my turn, I was warmly greeted and given a tour of the facility. The changing rooms are right off the main lobby area, and I was guided around the area and advised on what was available to use. I decided to change and then head to the relaxation room to await my massage. The room had flavored water and hot tea available, as well as a few packaged snacks. There were several Lounge chairs available with sheer curtains to provide some privacy. My massage therapist arrived right around my massage time and took me to my room. She was very nice and explained the process and asked if I had any areas of concern. Unfortunately the massage wasn't great, I had opted for a deep tissue massage, but not a lot of pressure was used. She also never checked in with me during the massage and it ended a bit early. The facility is beautiful and next time I will try a facial or another service since I loved the atmosphere so much.
